Tina’s Mindrealm Complete Hard Dungeon Guide in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance

Tina’s Mindrealm is a challenging dungeon to finish in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance, and it gets even harder on the Hard difficulty setting.

The dungeon is straightforward, but the final boss is a serious challenge. She has complex attacks that can quickly defeat a party that isn’t ready. Don’t underestimate Tina if you want to win!

This guide will show you how to defeat Tina and her Mindrealm when playing on Hard mode.

Tina’s Mindrealm Complete Hard Dungeon Guide | Blue Protocol: Star Resonance

Tina’s Mindrealm isn’t very challenging on Hard difficulty; it’s quite simple to navigate.

This section is straightforward: just follow the blue arrows and defeat all the enemies you encounter. It’s really that easy! Unlike the Goblin Lair, which had some hidden challenges, this area on Hard difficulty is a direct path.

Okay, so here’s the deal with this part: you *absolutely* need to have unlocked Phantom Dash before you start, trust me. And seriously, don’t get greedy and pull too many enemies at once – make sure our team can handle them all!

After that, simply proceed through the dungeon in a straight line, defeating all the enemies until you encounter the boss: Tina – Void Reverie!

Okay, so Tina is seriously a challenging character – she’s got a lot going on with her abilities, and you really need to understand how everything works. Let’s dive into those mechanics now, because it’s important!

Tina – Void Reverie | Main Boss Mechanics

Void Sigil and Void Purify

The most important thing to watch out for is the Void Sigil. Throughout the fight, Tina will frequently mark a random player with a purple flame, as shown in the example above. This is the most dangerous attack she uses.

If this occurs, a 30-second timer will start on the Void Sigil. When the timer reaches zero, the flame will explode, immediately defeating the marked player.

To prevent the Void Sigil from detonating, the player with the purple flame needs to pass it to someone else. This also restarts the timer. It’s important for everyone in the group to keep passing the Sigil around quickly – before the 30-second timer runs out!

Because Tina is linked to the Void Sigil, she’ll also charge up the Void Purify attack. You can see this preparation to the left of her health bar, indicated by a 15-second countdown.

As soon as the timer finishes, Tina will immediately begin her Void Purify attack. However, this attack can be postponed if she’s interrupted – for instance, by staggering her or starting the next phase of the fight. Once she’s able to, she’ll instantly resume the Void Purify attack.

Void Purify is a powerful attack that focuses on the player currently marked with the Void Sigil. Generally, only Tank characters can withstand its damage due to their high damage resistance.

The strategy for Void Purify is to give the Void Sigil to a tank player just before the Void Purify ability goes off. Then, the tank needs to be ready to reduce the incoming damage, for example, by using a defensive ability like Aegis Ward if they’re playing a Shield Knight.

If the Tank withstands the Void Purify effect, the Void Sigil will be temporarily removed as well!

You can also avoid being defeated by Void Purify by using your Ultimate ability. However, using an Ultimate won’t get rid of the Void Sigil effect, so be aware of that.

Lance Slash

This often occurs immediately after Tina casts Void Purify. She will then move to the center of the battlefield and create eight large, pizza-slice-shaped areas of damage that cover the entire arena.

Two of the eight lines will vanish quickly. To succeed, simply move into one of the lines that disappears!

This can be a challenging part, because it’s not always easy to see which section has moved away. However, the safe spots appear to be on opposite sides and move around. If you’re currently in a safe area, the next safe spot will likely be either to your left or right.

Tina will repeat these slices 4 times before returning to her normal attacks.

Reverie Megamorph

This attack follows immediately after the Lance Slash. The screen will briefly go black, and when your vision returns, you’ll see a huge Tina and four closets.

Tina will then begin a sweeping attack with her lance, moving it from right to left across the arena. Being hit by this attack will instantly defeat your entire team, so it’s crucial to avoid it.

To dodge the attack, turn to face Tina. Then, quickly run to the closet on your right. Use it to teleport to the other closet, which will help you avoid Tina’s sweeping attack.

Remember, Tina’s attack takes a while to happen! Avoid using the closet right away, or you’ll end up inside the attack itself. Instead, position yourself in front of the closet and wait until Tina is roughly halfway across the fighting area.

After completing the initial scan, Tina will move to a new position and perform another one. To succeed this time, simply follow the same process you used during the first scan!

Also, be careful of the orange circles that appear during this stage. They explode, and if you’re caught inside, you’ll be stunned for a long time, almost certainly allowing Tina to hit you with her lance.

Just a heads-up: don’t even try to attack Tina during this part. It’s best to just focus on staying alive, since you won’t be able to hurt her anyway.

Void Phantoms

A key part of the fight happens when Tina’s health drops to around 66% and 33%. At those points, she’ll open a portal and summon three phantom copies of herself.

Once she does that, quickly locate the ghost that’s directly in front of her. This ghost will begin moving towards Tina first, so focus on stopping it!

You need to defeat all three Void Phantoms before they get to Tina. If they reach her, she’ll get a significant damage boost on her next attack.

Just a heads-up: Tina will be attacking while this is happening. Be careful to avoid the orange, pizza slice-shaped areas on the floor – those indicate her attacks.

Keep in mind that Void Phantoms explode right after you defeat them. Be sure to move away quickly to avoid the blast!

If your group has strong damage output, a good strategy is to split up and attack all three Void Phantoms simultaneously. While you should prioritize the front Phantom, taking them all down quickly at the same time is much easier than dealing with them individually.

If a Void Phantom gets close to Tina, the Tank and Support players need to focus on protecting the team. Get ready and strengthen everyone with buffs, because an attack is coming.

Once all the Void Phantoms are gone—whether you’ve defeated them or Tina has absorbed them—Tina will launch a follow-up attack. She’ll jump into the air and slam down, hitting the entire arena with an unavoidable attack. Unfortunately, you can’t dodge this attack with Phantom Dash.

How powerful this attack is depends on how many Void Phantoms Tina managed to absorb. If you didn’t defeat all three phantoms, it could easily wipe out your entire party, so focus on taking them down quickly.

Targeted Slash

Here’s the final thing to remember when fighting Tina! She’ll occasionally darken the arena, and orange circles will show up under each player, indicating where attacks will land.

After a brief time, Tina will begin attacking each player individually. Her attacks will cover a large area, indicated by the circles showing who she’s targeting.

The biggest threat with this attack is that it affects an area. If players are close together, they’ll all be hit by Tina’s attacks!

To stay safe, players should move away from each other. This makes it much more likely they’ll only be hit once by Tina’s attack, which most classes can withstand.

However, we also suggest Healers prioritize quickly restoring everyone’s health when this phase begins. When at full health, all classes can easily withstand Tina’s individual attacks.

That covers everything you need to beat Tina’s Mindrealm Chaotic Realm on Hard in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance. Now, go show Tina what you’ve got!
