Todd Chrisley shares his upcoming plans now that he and his spouse, Julie Chrisley, have left prison in May.
Chrisley, who was previously known for his role in “Chrisley Knows Best”, now 56 years old, disclosed during a special broadcast on ABC News via Hulu on June 29, expressed their desire to return to their homeland, South Carolina, after many years in Nashville, alongside his partner Julie, aged 52.
According to People, Todd mentioned that while he believes our organization will continue to be part of the Nashville scene, his personal inclination is towards returning to South Carolina, specifically Charleston, with Julie.
He also mentioned his future plans for what he intends to undertake, hinting at his upcoming professional decision after receiving a presidential pardon and leaving prison.
Todd shared his excitement about potentially purchasing a grand mansion with the intention of transforming it into a hotel. He also mentioned planning to produce a TV show centered around this endeavor.
The Chrisleys, specifically Todd and Julie, are set to return to the limelight with a fresh Lifetime reality show centering around their family. At a press conference held on May 30, Todd revealed that they had already started filming for this series “immediately upon our arrival home” from wherever they were previously.
In June 2022, a reality TV pair stood accused of offenses such as tax evasion and bank fraud via wire transfers, but they have consistently claimed their innocence. Subsequently, Todd received a prison sentence of 12 years, while Julie was handed a seven-year term. However, they were freed recently following the granting of pardons by President Donald Trump towards the end of last month.
Todd expressed gratitude during a Saturday, June 29 interview on Fox News’ “My View With Lara Trump.” He thanked both God and acknowledged that it was perhaps God who influenced President Trump. Todd praised Trump for being instrumental in bringing him home to his family, which he had been praying for every night. Therefore, he is deeply grateful.
Todd verified that he and his family were granted the chance to express their gratitude directly to Trump during a FaceTime conversation, after his discharge from prison.
“[I told him,] ‘Thank you, you reunited me with my family,’” Todd said.
In the same interview, Savannah Chrisley, aged 27 and a supporter of their freedom, expressed that the re-election of Donald Trump in November provided her with the optimal opportunity for securing her parents’ release from prison following a difficult period.
Savannah shared, “On a personal note, my brother Grayson, aged 19, and I witnessed the election side by side. It was his first time voting, and when the president was announced as the winner, we both burst into tears. Overwhelmed, he wrapped his arms around me in a comforting hug, understanding that this victory was our only hope.
