Bridget Moynahan and Tom Brady’s son Jack has grown way past the goal line.
New photos show the 18-year-old clearly much taller than the seven-time Super Bowl winner.
On November 25th, a father and son shared photos on Instagram showing them learning basketball from New York Knicks player Karl-Anthony Towns. The first picture showed all three of them smiling during a break in practice on an indoor court.
Standing between Tom, 48, and Karl-Anthony, the teenager reached for something on a high shelf. He was clearly taller than his father, and only slightly shorter than Anthony.
Other photos show Karl-Anthony teaching Jack how to run advanced basketball plays, and Jack even manages to make a slam dunk in the last photo.
It looks like the 30-year-old player sees a lot of promise in Jack. He even hinted at working with him, writing, “Next time we’re running routes? @tombrady.”
It appears Tom, who shares 15-year-old Benjamin and 12-year-old Vivian with his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen, always believed his son Jack had athletic potential. He previously mentioned that once Jack has his growth spurt, he’ll be a formidable basketball player.
Tom playfully mentioned at the Fortune Global Forum in November 2024, “He jumps as high as I do!” He then explained he encourages the young person, saying, “I tell him he’s going to be amazing. I say, ‘Just wait until your growth spurt – you’ll be dunking!'” Tom added that even if that doesn’t happen, it doesn’t matter, but he wants the young person to know he’s supportive.
He’s not the only parent helping Jack navigate his future. Bridget recently shared that she’s taking a step back from acting to focus on supporting Jack as he finishes high school.
Bridget mentioned on Kristin Davis’s podcast, Are You A Charlotte?, that she worked on a few projects after Blue Bloods, but she’s also been busy raising a teenager.
The 54-year-old explained that with a child about to graduate high school, he’s been keeping a low profile lately.
The John Wick actresshas also been helping Jack figure out his future plans.
In a 2023 interview on Live with Kelly and Mark, she explained that he’s a typical young person still figuring out his future, and she feels that’s perfectly alright.
Bridget is letting Jack decide whether he wants to pursue acting or football; she’s leaving the choice up to him.
She added that she definitely didn’t want to pressure him into following in her or his father’s footsteps.

Tom Brady is one of the most accomplished quarterbacks in football history. Over his 23 seasons – 20 with the New England Patriots and 3 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers – he won an incredible seven Super Bowls. He briefly retired in 2022, but decided to return before ultimately retiring for good the following year.
However, Brady considers his children to be the most important part of his life. He has a son, Jack, with Bridget Moynahan, whom he dated for nearly three years before they split in 2006. He also has two children, Benjamin and Vivian, with his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, after 13 years of marriage.
In a 2023 interview, Brady shared, “Spending time with my kids is a great thing for me. They bring so much to my life, and they add so much joy and energy and life and intensity and maturity. You see them mature in different ways, and I just want to be there to support them as best I can.”

Bridget Moynahan, known for her role on Blue Bloods, experienced intense media scrutiny in 2007 when it became public that she was pregnant with Tom Brady’s child. This happened shortly after their relationship ended and he began dating Gisele Bündchen.
In a 2019 interview with People magazine, the actress described being followed by cars and having strangers lurking outside her home. As a new mother, she felt this unwanted attention was a real danger to her child.
After their son, Jack, was born in August 2007, Bridget, Tom, and Gisele eventually established a successful co-parenting relationship.
Bridget explained that they all agreed to raise Jack together and found partners who supported that decision, loving him as their own. “I don’t think you can ask for more than that,” she said. “My son is surrounded by love.”

Bridget considers Andrew Frankel her most important teammate. The actress, known for her role in I, Robot, married Frankel in 2015 and became a stepmother to his three sons.
As Bridget explained to Glamour in 2021, she realized it’s sometimes necessary to look for a partner outside of your usual circles. She’d been dating people within the entertainment industry, but then she met someone genuinely kind and down-to-earth, without the typical Hollywood attitude. She described him as a wonderful person and a supportive partner, and admitted she hadn’t fully appreciated the importance of those qualities in a relationship when she was younger.

John Edward Thomas Moynahan, known as Jack, was born in August 2007. His father, Tom, shared on Instagram for Jack’s 16th birthday in 2023 that Jack has brought positive change to their lives since the day he was born, and continues to be a blessing to everyone who knows him. Gisele, who refers to Jack as her “bonus child,” has explained that his birth prompted her and Tom to reconsider their plans for expanding their family. In her 2018 book, Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life, she wrote that Jack helped them both mature and that they wanted him to have siblings closer in age. Jack, like his father, is athletic, enjoying basketball and lacrosse, but his parents are committed to letting him find his own way in life. Bridget mentioned in a 2023 interview that Jack is still figuring out his interests, and they don’t want to pressure him to follow in their footsteps.

Gisele and Tom were set up on a blind date in December 2006 and married in February 2009. They soon started a family, welcoming son Benjamin in late 2009 and daughter Vivian in 2012. After a successful modeling career, Gisele prioritized raising her children. As she told Vanity Fair in 2023, she cherished being fully present for them, breastfeeding for nearly two years, making meals, and taking them to school.
Though they divorced in October 2022, Gisele clarified that reports of the split being caused by Tom’s decision to unretire from football were untrue. She explained they simply grew apart over time.
Following the breakup, Gisele became closer to her jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente, and in February 2025, they welcomed their first child together.

Benjamin Rein Brady, nicknamed Benny, was born in December 2009 and is the son of Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen. On his 15th birthday in 2024, Tom shared on Instagram how proud he was of Benny, describing him as a dedicated student, artist, athlete, and musician, but most importantly, a wonderful brother and son. Tom noted Benny’s inspiring dedication to everything he does. Like his father, Benny has also taken an interest in football. Tom revealed on his podcast, Let’s Go! With Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray, that he’s been practicing with Benny, who he believes has the potential to be a great player. Tom also highlighted Benny’s talents in music and art, sharing that Benny recently decided to play football.

Vivian Lake Brady, born in December 2012, will always be her dad’s special little girl. On her 12th birthday in 2024, Tom shared on Instagram how proud he is to watch her grow and pursue her dreams, adding that her kindness and happiness always brighten his day.
It’s clear Vivian shares a strong resemblance to her mother, Gisele – so much so that she can even unlock Gisele’s phone with Face ID! Gisele’s Instagram is filled with sweet photos of them enjoying activities together, like horseback riding and yoga.
Gisele also expressed her pride in Vivian on Instagram in 2023, thanking her for bringing so much joy into her life.

Gisele initially stated that her connection with Joaquim was purely a friendship. In a 2023 interview with Vanity Fair, she acknowledged people might speculate about her relationships now that she’s divorced. She then went on to express her gratitude for Joaquim and his brothers, explaining they’ve been supportive to her and her children and have become close friends. She particularly praised Joaquim, noting he’s a jiu-jitsu instructor she admires and trusts, and appreciates the positive influence he has on her and her kids.
Their friendship eventually blossomed into a romantic relationship. In an interview with The New York Times in March 2024, she described dating someone she was friends with first as a unique experience, emphasizing its honesty and openness. She firmly denied any claims of infidelity during her previous marriage, calling them false. Though Joaquim and Gisele are sometimes seen displaying affection in public, they generally keep their relationship private.

Gisele and Joaquim have been keeping another part of their lives under wraps: their new baby. Since welcoming the child in early 2025, they haven’t shared the baby’s name with the public. However, Gisele has given fans small glimpses, like a sweet Mother’s Day photo of the baby wearing an “I Heart Mom” onesie.
On Instagram, she explained she’s been busy enjoying life privately. She shared that some of the most precious moments are best experienced, not shared, and she’s been focusing on slowing down, connecting with loved ones, and appreciating the lessons of being present.
