Although Tom Cruise has never won an Oscar for a performance, he received an honorary Oscar on Sunday night at the Governors Awards, recognizing his overall impact on film. Director Alejandro González Iñárritu, who is working with Cruise on an upcoming movie, introduced him before he delivered a heartfelt speech.
