Sony has announced that Tomb Raider: Anniversary will be available to PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers, as revealed during their recent State of Play presentation.
However, there’s some uncertainty because billbil-kun, a usually very accurate source of leaks, predicted the update would arrive next week, on October 21st.
Although it wasn’t mentioned in the official PlayStation Blog post, fans have discovered that the classic PlayStation 2 game will be available on the PlayStation Store for PS5 and PS4 starting October 21st.
There’s a thought that the first Tomb Raider game is turning 29 next week, and that’s why the announcement is being held back until Embracer Group can share it. It’s certainly a possibility.
We’re continuing to check the PlayStation Blog for any changes or if the release date is removed from the game’s PlayStation Store page. We’ll also do some further investigating and share any new information we find.
