Hey everyone, if you’re wondering what to watch on Amazon Prime Video this week, I’ve got you covered! I’ve put together a list of 5 new shows that are totally binge-worthy, plus some classic favorites you can stream anytime. Let’s dive in!

During the first week of November 2025, our TV critics selected Netflix’s most captivating shows, featuring a highly-rated, little-known series that received perfect scores from Rotten Tomatoes.

Ebaster provides weekly recommendations for what to binge-watch on streaming services like Netflix, HBO Max, Apple TV+, and Paramount+. Here are our picks for the top 5 shows to stream on Prime Video this week, November 3rd to 9th, 2025.

Maxton Hall – The World Between Us

The second season of the popular Prime Video romance series, Maxton Hall – The World Between Us, begins streaming on November 7th. All six episodes will be released, with the first three available immediately on the premiere date.

The German series, adapted from the popular books by Mona Kasten, was a hit with both audiences and critics after it premiered in May 2024, achieving an 89% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.

If you loved romance series on Prime Video like We Were Liars and Daisy Jones & The Six, you’ll definitely want to check out Maxton Hall. It’s a great choice for young adult romance fans – it has a classic story told in a really well-done way, and it’s perfect for a weekend binge.

Game 7

As a baseball fan still buzzing from that incredible World Series game on Saturday, I just heard about the new 5-part Prime Video series called Game 7 – it sounds amazing! And if it does well, they might even cover the 2025 World Series in a second season. I’m definitely going to check it out!

Game 7 is a series that revisits five unforgettable championship games from baseball, hockey, and basketball. Each episode focuses on the deciding game of a seven-game series, showcasing memorable moments and legendary athletes like Dirk Nowitzki and Aaron Boone.

If you enjoy compelling sports documentaries like those on ESPN’s 30 for 30, don’t miss Game 7 on Prime Video this week – it’s well worth watching.

Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan

Before popular shows like Reacher and The Terminal List took off on Prime Video, Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan was one of the service’s most successful action series.

The series Jack Ryan, based on the popular character created by Tom Clancy, features John Krasinski as the main character, a CIA analyst. It’s a highly-rated spy thriller, earning an 80% score on Rotten Tomatoes and receiving three Emmy nominations.

If you’re looking for a show to watch in early November, all four seasons of Jack Ryan – with a total of 30 episodes – are a great choice. Originally starting in 2018 and concluding in 2023, it’s a series that holds up well and is worth revisiting now.

Get Shorty

As a huge fan of the original Get Shorty movie with John Travolta and Gene Hackman, I have to say the series on Prime Video is fantastic. It’s easily one of the best gangster comedies you can stream right now.

If you’re looking for a new show to binge-watch this week, check out Get Shorty. This three-season series, with 27 hour-long episodes, stars Chris O’Dowd (known from Black Mirror) and Ray Romano (The Irishman). While inspired by the original, the Epix show puts its own spin on the story.

Similar to the film Get Shorty, the show centers on a gangster who unexpectedly finds himself producing movies in Hollywood. It’s been well-received, earning a 94% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. Think of it as a thrilling, crime-focused take on the world of Entourage.

Troppo

The Prime Video series Troppo has earned a rare perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes. This Australian crime thriller features Thomas Jane and Nicole Chamoun as an ex-police officer and a private detective who team up to solve a complicated and suspenseful mystery.

Reviewers particularly liked the strong performances and believable connection between the two main actors. As Decider put it, the show’s appeal lies in watching these flawed characters deal with their personal problems while facing challenges together in a small Australian town.

If you’re looking for a show to binge-watch, Troppo is a great option on Amazon Prime Video. It has two seasons with 16 hour-long episodes, giving you plenty to watch over a week.
