There’s no bad blood in Tristan Thompson’s tribe.
The NBA player, who has four children with three different women – seven-year-old True and three-year-old Tatum with Khloe Kardashian, nine-year-old Prince with Jordan Craig, and four-year-old Theo with Maralee Nichols – recently shared that he has a good relationship with all of his children’s mothers.
In fact, the dynamic is so “great” that Tristan said even the three women get along.
She explained on the March 31st episode of The Katie Miller Podcast that everyone involved is friendly and considers each other like family. They all stay in touch and are in a good place, which she feels is the most important thing.
He explained that despite any differences, we’re all connected. He described everyone as family, with their children like brothers and sisters who will remain a part of each other’s lives for years to come.
Even though Tristan has been involved in several cheating scandals with different women, he insists there’s no bad blood between them.
He explained that everyone understands what truly matters: the people closest to us, our own little community.

Tristan and Jordan began dating in 2014, but their relationship ended after two years when Tristan was unfaithful with Khloe. Jordan, now 34, was pregnant with their son, Prince, at the time, and he was born in December 2016.
Tristan and Khloe, 41, had an on-again, off-again relationship for six years, but it was often troubled by cheating.
Just before Khloe Kardashian’s daughter, True, was born in April 2018, photos and videos surfaced showing the basketball player Tristan Thompson being unfaithful. Khloe initially forgave him, but they split up again in February 2019 after reports that he had cheated with Jordyn Woods, Kylie Jenner’s close friend.
Khloe and Tristan briefly got back together and were even secretly engaged, but their relationship ended for good when Khloe found out Tristan had fathered a child, Theo, with another woman, Maralee, in December 2021. This happened while they were also getting ready to welcome their son, Tatum, born via surrogate.

You know, I’ve seen so many shifts in how people approach family, and it’s really inspiring. Lately, Tristan’s really turned things around with the mother of his children. He has nothing but respect for her now, and honestly, he says co-parenting has become surprisingly easy. It just goes to show that with a little effort and a change in perspective, you can build a really positive relationship, even after things have been tough.
He shared with Katie Miller on her podcast that co-parenting is working well. He praised the mother of his children, saying they’ve all been fantastic and that everyone involved is mature enough to prioritize their children’s well-being and maintain open communication.
Tristan pointed out that everyone involved shares the same goal: doing what’s best for their children. He explained that co-parenting is much easier when everyone agrees on this. He believes they’re all mature enough to accept that life happens, and as long as they support each other and have a strong network of friends and family, things will be okay. He emphasized how important it is to have each other’s backs.
Tristan Thompson praised Khloe, Maralee, and Jordan, calling them all wonderful women and saying they make his life simple and enjoyable.

Tristan had his first child, a son named Prince Oliver Thompson, in December 2016. The baby’s mother is Tristan’s ex-partner, Jordan Craig.

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson welcomed their first child in April 2018 while he was playing basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers. The birth came shortly after reports of an affair involving Tristan and about a year and a half after they began dating publicly.
In the years that followed, Khloe and Tristan faced continued challenges in their relationship while still working together to raise their daughter, True.

In June 2021, Maralee Nichols filed a lawsuit against Tristan Thompson seeking financial support for her pregnancy and the child’s birth. The lawsuit stemmed from an encounter around his 30th birthday in March 2021, and Nichols stated that Thompson is the father of her son.
Tristan acknowledged having a relationship with Maralee around the time of the child’s conception and has asked for a paternity test. Maralee gave birth to their son, Theo, in December. She told TopMob News that she met the NBA player in 2020 and he had said he was single and already sharing parenting responsibilities with another child.
In January 2022, Tristan Thompson publicly announced on Instagram that he had a child with Maralee Nichols after paternity testing confirmed he was the father. He also addressed Khloé Kardashian, apologizing for the pain and embarrassment he caused her, and acknowledging his past behavior towards her was unacceptable.
Tristan stated he hopes to co-parent his son with Maralee peacefully. However, in February 2022, Maralee’s representative reported that Tristan hadn’t tried to meet his child. Tristan has not publicly responded to this claim.
Reports surfaced in December 2022 that the basketball player had reached a child support agreement with Maralee. He will pay $9,500 monthly, and she will have full custody of their son, Theo.

In August 2022, Tristan and Khloe Kardashian welcomed their second child together, a son.
According to a source familiar with the situation, Khloe Kardashian’s baby was conceived through a surrogate before she and the public learned about Tristan Thompson’s other child in December 2021.
In May 2023, it was revealed that the exes’ son is named Tatum Thompson.

Tristan frequently shares photos of his older children on Instagram, but he hadn’t previously posted a picture of his son, Theo. He first shared a photo featuring both Prince and True in June 2018.
