A trailer has been released for Troll 2, the sequel to the popular Norwegian monster movie Troll. The original film centered on a diverse group of people who worked together to prevent a massive, ancient troll – awakened in the Norwegian mountains – from wreaking havoc.
The movie Troll was a critical and commercial success. It earned a 90% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, with reviewers praising its compelling story and thrilling action. Released in December 2022, Troll became Netflix’s most-watched film not originally made in English, racking up 103 million views. Due to its popularity, a sequel is in the works, with filming scheduled to start in 2024.
