Kalypso Media and Gaming Minds Studios are holding a closed beta test for Tropico 7 on PC, available through Steam and the Microsoft Store, starting March 31st. The test will last for two weeks, and you can sign up to participate now through March 22nd.
The upcoming playtest is designed to collect feedback on the game’s main features, including how politics work and specific sections of the campaigns set in the Colonial Times, World Wars, Cold War, and Modern Times. Two example missions from the Cold War and Modern Times eras are also included. The Closed Beta will be available in both English and German.
Tropico 7 is scheduled to be released in 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store.
