Two Point Museum x Revenge of the Savage Planet collaboration update now available

SEGA and Two Point Studios have added content from the game Revenge of the Savage Planet to Two Point Museum with a new, free update, the companies announced.

Here is an overview of the update, via SEGA:

Prepare for a wild collection of alien plants, bizarre environments, and creatures that don’t always follow the rules of nature – or even make sense! It’s a crazy mix of the fast-paced, unpredictable action from Raccoon Logic Studios’ Revenge of the Savage Planet combined with the chaotic and challenging management gameplay that fans both love and dread.

The newest update for Two Point Museum is available now on PC, Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, and Switch 2. It introduces a new rift that sends players to the far corners of the Digiverse, a strange world filled with alien creatures, unusual biology, and wacky science.

Curators are now invited – though not required – to explore the galaxy! After a strange rift appeared, adventurous curators will travel between planets, visiting three key locations to collect exhibits from the wild world of Revenge of the Savage Planet. They’ll need to manage tricky creatures and even snappy plants like the Arid Maw and Fungal Maw, and create exhibits that are both vibrant and delightfully unpredictable. Expect light survival challenges, surprising experiments, and discoveries that might not quite follow scientific rules – every curator is in for an adventure!

The museum now features six fresh exhibits to discover. The Staff Room has also been updated, but with a focus on fun team-building activities instead of safety procedures. Curators can add a High-Five Machine and a giant hamster wheel for staff to use, and even outfit their team in new space-themed costumes – helmets are included, but good judgment isn’t guaranteed.

Key Features

  • Experts can explore the world of Revenge of the Savage Planet, visiting Stellaris Prime, Xephyr, and the Zenithian Rift.
  • Collect six new exhibits, including Botany Exhibits as well as new Terrarium and Habitat creatures.
  • Create a real sci-fi feel with new decorative items and a new vending machine.
  • Get ready for interstellar travel with a new Staff Outfit and Staff Room items.
  • Discover a brand-new set of Materials for creating items in the Workshop.

Combining wacky space events, strange environments, and the signature humor of Two Point Studios, Revenge of the Savage Planet shows us that running a museum is tricky, exciting, and probably not a good idea – especially when you mix alien creatures with the goals of a corporation.

Plus, for the very first time, players can find items from Two Point Museum within the world of Revenge of the Savage Planet, letting you display Pointian exhibits in a completely new setting.

Two Point Museum is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, and PC via Steam.
