Sky is set to remove a UK TV news channel from its listings this week.
This week, the television network is updating several of its channels, and some of them are getting new names.
Sky is removing one channel from its listings: London TV (Satellite 117) will no longer be available through Sky starting Tuesday, June 2nd. However, you can still watch London TV on Freeview channel 8 and Virgin Media channel 159.
As a film buff, I just heard some news from Sky! They’re tweaking a few channel names. Specifically, SkyDecadesHD – you find it on channel 302 on Sky satellite, Sky Glass, and Stream – is getting a temporary makeover and will be known as SkyDirectorsHD for a while.
As a big movie fan, I noticed something different when I was flipping through the channels. Sky Batman HD (channel 303 on Sky Glass/Stream) has temporarily been renamed Sky Pride HD. It’s a cool change, and I’m happy to see them celebrating Pride!
This weekend, the Sky Pride HD channel (on Satellite 303 and Sky Glass/Stream 303) will briefly become SkyAnimationHD.
This Saturday, Nick Jr. Peppa (channel 612 on satellite, 208 on Glass/Stream) will officially become Nick Jr. Too. This name change will be permanent.

This announcement follows the recent cancellation of the Crime and Justice channel on Sky TV, which was previously found on channel 1024 for Sky Glass and Sky Stream users, last month.
The channel showed real crime programs like Highway Cops, Britain’s Darkest Taboos, and Stop Search Seize.
