So, the new SEC has finally thrown in the towel on Uniswap[UNI] Labs. No more ‘you’re doing it wrong’ letters. Phew!

Last year, the old SEC was all ‘you’re an unregistered security exchange, and UNI is a security token!’ Talk about a buzzkill.

DeFi’s Big Day? 🎉

Flash forward to 2025, and Uniswap Labs is like, ‘we told you so.’ They’re calling it a ‘win for DeFi,’ but let’s be real, it’s more like a ‘we survived the SEC’ party.

“The end of our investigation is…like getting out of a three-year long traffic jam. Relief!”

Hayden Adams, the Uniswap Labs’ wizard, is like, ‘yeah, it was a waste of time, but at least the new SEC is chill.’

Uniswap joins the cool kids’ club with Coinbase and Robinhood, all lawsuit-free thanks to the new SEC.

UNI’s Bounce Back 🐳

UNI’s price did a little happy dance, up 12%, but it’s still not back to its early February glory days. And the bears? Still in charge, apparently.

Oh, and the UNI whales? They just bought the dip like it’s going out of style. 10M more UNI tokens, please!
