Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights Confirms Five Night at Freddy’s Details, Plus a New WWE House

The spooky pizzeria of Freddy Fazbear is set to become a reality during Halloween Horror Nights! A spine-tingling haunted house, inspired by the hit movie “Five Nights at Freddy’s” from Blumhouse Productions, will give guests a chance to endure a night shift at an abandoned restaurant where animatronic mascots, including Freddy Fazbear, Chica, Bonnie, Foxy, and Mr. Cupcake, lurk in the corridors. Universal Destinations & Experiences have officially announced that the “Five Nights at Freddy’s” haunted house will debut at the Universal Orlando Resort in Florida on Aug 29 and at Universal Studios Hollywood on Sept 4.

As a devoted fan, I’ll be stepping into the shoes of Josh Hutcherson’s character, Mike, the unsuspecting night-shift security guard at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. In this Blumhouse-produced adaptation of the popular horror survival games, I’ll uncover the chilling secret that these towering robots are actually haunted by the vengeful spirits of ghost children.

Frightening experiences await guests as they explore the corridors of Freddy’s, realizing that appearances can be deceiving. As they delve deeper, they’ll encounter supernatural elements that pull them into a horrifying ordeal beyond imagination. The iconic areas such as the security room and the performance stage will host lifelike replicas of characters like Freddy, Chica, Bonnie, Foxy, and Mr. Cupcake, ready to chase visitors throughout their journey.

Jim Henson’s Creature Shop, known for crafting the animatronics and costumes of successful movies, was also responsible for designing the characters of the spooky mansion featured in films. The movie “Five Nights at Freddy’s,” released in October 2023 and produced by Blumhouse, became their highest-grossing film ever. A follow-up, featuring the same cast members (Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Lail, and Matthew Lillard), is scheduled to premiere in cinemas on December 5.

Alongside “Five Nights at Freddy’s”, fear takes center stage at the brand-new haunted house, “WWE Presents: The Horrors of The Wyatt Sicks”. This bicoastal attraction will plunge visitors into the universe of WWE, where they’ll engage in a direct confrontation with Uncle Howdy. This event offers an experience that not only showcases The Wyatt Sicks, but also pays tribute to the legacy of Bray Wyatt.

The creative vision of the late WWE Superstar Bray Wyatt and his brother Bo Dallas, known as Uncle Howdy, brings us WWE Presents: The Wyatt Swamps, where we encounter eerie characters such as Rambling Rabbit, Mercy the Buzzard, Abby the Witch, and Huskus the Pig. These figures are ready to exact brutal revenge on a world that has forsaken them.

Bold horror enthusiasts venturing under the guiding light will be mysteriously whisked into the twisted realms of The Wyatt Sicks, where each member rules their unique terrifying zones. During this journey, visitors may encounter the ominous influence of The Fiend, a chilling alter ego of Bray, who lurks in the darkness and invites them to yield to his sinister control.

In this collection of spooky attractions, we have “Five Nights at Freddy’s” and “WWE Presents: The Wyatt Sicks’ Nightmares” joining forces with “Terrifier,” the chilling universe of “Jason” from the “Friday the 13th” series, and the eerie landscape of “Fallout.
