Pre-order refunds for PlayStation Store will be processed on September 8th, but don’t worry if you think this means a delay in release. The store will reopen before the game launch. It’s not clear what “major changes” Paradox Interactive and The Chinese Room are referring to, but it could potentially involve the two Vampire Clans included in the $21.99 Shadows and Silk DLC.
