Vanderpump Rules Season 12 Trailer: Meet the Sexy New SUR-vers

It’s time to raise a glass to the new generation of SUR-vers.

The new season of Vanderpump Rules is coming with a totally revamped cast, as shown in the recently released trailer for season 12.

Lisa Vanderpump jokes in a preview for the November 3rd episode that SUR used to be a place to have an affair, but now it’s more likely where you’d find one.

The scene shifts to Lisa’s energetic team of restaurant workers letting loose, having a wild time, and often blurring the lines between work and play. However, as dedicated viewers of Vanderpump Rules already know, Lisa actually wants that kind of lively, unpredictable energy in her employees.

As Erika Jayne shared with her team, she always prefers excitement over dullness, saying, ‘Just don’t give me boring!’

And the SUR staffers agree.

As newbie Venus Binkley notes, “We’re able to work, party, have sex.”

Workplace romances are becoming more common, with newer employees following the example set by the original cast of Vanderpump Rules by dating their colleagues.

Angelica Jensen, who recently joined the West Hollywood team, shared in a private interview that she tends to form close bonds with her colleagues rather quickly.

She was serious. Angelisa was instantly drawn to Shayne Davis and playfully told him, “I saw your Hinge profile, and it says you’re looking for a monogamous relationship.”

His reaction? “That wasn’t updated.”

The actor later confessed that his fear of missing out on other romantic opportunities made it difficult for him to commit to a relationship, saying, “I get scared thinking about all the other women I might be missing out on.”

Shayne’s romantic involvement with several women from the SUR staff causes friction with his male colleagues. As Chris Hahn put it, “I like Shayne, but pursuing multiple women from work is a violation of ‘bro code.'”

Even with all the relationship ups and downs, arguments, and romantic connections, Lisa consistently supports her team through difficult situations.

“This is SUR, we’re a family. They’re not perfect, but they’re mine.”

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’m so excited to share that I’ll be revisiting some of my favorite moments from the past 11 seasons with Andy Cohen and Lisa Vanderpump! Join us on Tuesday, November 25th, at 9 p.m. for a special lookback – it’s going to be a blast!

This season of Vanderpump Rules promises plenty of drama as the long-time group of friends, rivals, and partners who work at Lisa Vanderpump’s SUR restaurant face new challenges. Even with updated uniforms and some new staff members, the relationships remain as complicated and messy as ever.

Demy Selem has managed SUR restaurant for seven years, making her the most experienced member of the team. She understands everything that goes on with the staff. While Demy is focused and professional at work, being in charge creates tension with her friends, particularly Natalie. She’s trying to balance being a boss with staying close to her colleagues.

Shayne Davis finds himself caught up in all the drama at SUR, despite not actually working there. He’s committed to staying sober, but still enjoys a night out. Juggling acting, improv, and screenwriting keeps him busy, but he always has time for dating. Shayne is somewhat involved with the women at SUR, and his actions could lead to some unexpected consequences.

Venus Binkley considers himself the person who keeps the SUR staff connected and is someone everyone trusts with their problems – and the latest rumors. Although he feels like an outsider in the West Hollywood dating world, his friends push him to try new things. When a complicated situation develops between Marcus, Kim, and Natalie, Venus finds himself caught in the middle and forced to choose a side, abandoning his usual diplomatic approach.

Jason Cohen is an optimistic actor working as a server at SUR, where he’s become a favorite among both staff and customers. Known for his friendly personality and good looks, he’s caught the attention of several women and put many of the men at ease. He’s very close to his cousin, Chris, who also works at SUR – the two have been inseparable since they were kids. Between acting lessons and work, Jason tries to start a relationship with a coworker, but his efforts don’t go as planned.

Chris Hahn, Jason’s cousin, has been working as a bartender at SUR in Los Angeles for the past three years. He originally moved to LA to pursue acting, but now focuses on music and sees his job as a way to open doors for his career. Chris is currently single and hoping to find a serious relationship. When he begins dating Audrey, their conversations about a potential future trip create some problems.

I’m totally obsessed with Audrey Lingle! She’s just so sweet and relatable – everyone at SUR adores her. She’s navigating life as a newly single woman, having fun and trying to make her acting dreams come true. But things get really interesting when she starts noticing one of the more troubled guys around here… I have a feeling he’s going to cause her some trouble, but maybe in a good way?

Marcus Johnson has been a long-time employee at SUR, but he’s been finding it hard to concentrate on work and his relationship with his girlfriend, Kim, since his parents passed away. He’s relying on his close friends, Venus and Shayne, for support as he navigates this difficult time. Marcus is focusing on a fresh start, putting energy into his DJ career and social life, but it remains to be seen whether this new direction will bring him closer to Kim or create distance between them.

Kim Suarez balances working at SUR with pursuing her dreams of a career in entertainment, all while navigating a complicated relationship with her boyfriend, Marcus. She starts to worry about how their unsteady romance might impact her job when her friends get involved.

Natalie Maguire has been the lead bartender at SUR for two years and is hoping to become bar manager. However, Lisa’s recent behavior suggests she might not support the promotion. Natalie and Lisa started working at SUR together and have been close friends ever since. While Natalie is seriously pursuing a career as a pop singer, she’s also dating, which often causes drama with her friends.

Angelica Jensen recently joined the SUR team and quickly became a source of drama. She’s pursuing a career in modeling and acting, and seems interested in both Jason and Shayne. However, miscommunication could jeopardize any potential relationships with them.
