Although Marvel Comics publishes many compelling stories, their Black, White, & Blood series has been particularly noteworthy lately. These comic book anthologies each center on a different Marvel character or team, offering fresh and often more dramatic-and sometimes violent-interpretations of their adventures. What makes these issues stand out is their striking art style: everything is rendered in black, white, and red, creating a visually impressive experience. The latest character to receive the Black, White, & Blood treatment is Venom, and with the fourth issue coming soon, fans can look forward to some fantastic stories and artwork-including a particularly cool new variant cover.
ComicBook has a first look at a new variant cover for Venom: Black White & Blood #4, which will be available in stores on November 26th. The cover art is by Juan Ferreyra and presents a striking depiction of Venom’s contrasting sides-the symbiote and the person it bonds with. You can see the artwork below.

Venom: Black, White & Blood Is A Horror Treat Featuring Everyone’s Favorite Symbiote
Starting back in August, Venom: Black, White & Blood is the newest installment in the anthology series, centering around the character Venom. The fourth and final issue promises something fans rarely see with Venom: a truly frightening horror story. Judging by a new variant cover, it looks like a very violent and intense ride. Considering the Black, White, & Blood series is geared towards mature readers, it seems like creators won’t be pulling any punches-and that’s what makes this title so appealing. Plus, it sounds like we’re in for a unique holiday-themed Venom scene as well.
Here’s how Marvel describes Venom: Black, White, & Blood #4: “Get ready for suspense, horror, and even celebrations! This issue features three previously untold stories from Venom’s past. First, Al Ewing and Kei Zama present a thrilling story where someone tries to kill Lee Price. Will the Venom symbiote be able to prevent the assassination, or is Price doomed? Next, Rich Douek and Robert Gill show Mac Gargan’s dangerous attempt to reclaim the symbiote from Eddie Brock – and things don’t go well! Finally, Chris Bachalo offers a unique holiday experience with a Venom-filled Christmas in New York.”
Venom: Black, White, & Blood #4 goes on sale November 26th.
