On Instagram Stories, published on June 27th, the former Spice Girl posted an image of David (age 50) lying in a hospital bed with his right arm supported by a large blue sling. In the picture, the ex-Manchester United player appears cheerful as he’s comfortably settled into his bed and donning a hospital gown.

The 51-year-old designer captioned the photo, “Get well soon daddy.”
