Victoria Beckham sends her well-wishes for a swift recovery to her husband, David Beckham, who has recently been admitted to the hospital.
On an early Friday, June 27, the fashion designer (age 51) posted a picture on her Instagram Story, showing David (also 50), lying in a hospital bed with his arm in a sling. In the photo, David looks cheerful, smiling at the camera while dressed in a hospital gown. Accompanying the image, Victoria wrote, “Speed up your recovery, daddy.
In a different picture, we see a detailed shot of David’s wrist where the former soccer player is sporting a friendship band with the message, “Speedy Recovery.
As a fervent admirer, I must confess that I’ve gleaned from the grapevine that David, presumably, had surgery to mend a fractured wrist, a remnant of an injury he sustained during a soccer match approximately two decades back. The incident occurred in a game between England and South Africa way back in 2003.
David and Victoria have four kids, which include their sons Brooklyn (age 26), Romeo (age 22), and Cruz (age 20), as well as their daughter Harper, who is thirteen years old.
Lately, it seems that the relationship within the Beckham family has been under stress due to disagreements between Brooklyn and his spouse, Nicola Peltz, and other family members.
Brooklyn (age 30) and Nicola were absent from the festivities celebrating David’s significant 50th birthday in May, and neither of them has made a public comment regarding David’s recent knighthood.
According to a source, there has been tension between Nicola and Victoria since the wedding of Nicola and Brooklyn in April 2022, as reported to Us Weekly in May, due to some underlying issues or disputes.
Last month, a source revealed to Us that the issues were never truly resolved and their impact can still be felt by everyone. The underlying tension persists and it’s challenging for Brooklyn at times. He’s currently finding it difficult to cope with these family matters. Being quite headstrong, he desires some distance from his family at the moment.
Despite no public statements from the expanded Beckham clan regarding the alleged disagreement, an insider shared with Us magazine in May that Brooklyn and Nicola have reportedly not communicated with their parents since David’s birthday celebration.
According to our source, neither party has managed to find a solution so far. At the moment, Brooklyn seems to be focusing on moving past things and granting everyone some distance. They’re living their own lives independently, but for now, they’ve chosen to continue in this manner.
Recently, Brooklyn shared a tribute for his father-in-law, Nelson Peltz, on social media, as he had unfortunately missed celebrating his father’s birthday in London.
