Fourteen-year-old Iruma Suzuki is suddenly transported to the demon world, despite being human and not wanting to go.
Iruma’s already in a tough spot, but things get even worse when he discovers his loving owner, who acts like a grandfather, is actually the school’s terrifying chair-demon! To make matters worse, he has to navigate a challenging new school filled with difficult students – like a snobby one who wants to fight him – and lots of other scary creatures, including a girl struggling to fit in.
Can this deeply peaceful person avoid the attacks directed at him? Despite his struggles, Iruma’s natural goodness starts to change his opponents’ hearts.
