West Wilson is setting the record straight.
As Kyle Cooke navigates the aftermath of revealing his relationship with Amanda Batula, his former girlfriend, Ciara Miller, has alleged that he previously had a fling with Jennifer Fessler from The Real Housewives of New Jersey. This rumor started after Jennifer publicly supported Kyle during the recent drama involving him, Ciara, and Amanda.
West denied the rumor, saying he hadn’t heard anything about it. He shared this response on Instagram with a laughing-crying emoji and a meme, and also tagged Jennifer in the post, according to People magazine.
The RHONJ star, 57, meanwhile, categorically denied the rumor.
Jennifer addressed the rumors circulating about her, stating, “While I appreciate the attention, it’s not okay to spread false and damaging information online, even if you believe it to be true. That kind of statement is considered libel.”
Honestly, if what I was hearing were true, there’d be nothing I could do. But thankfully, it’s not, and that actually makes things a bit trickier. I’m really hoping we can resolve this quickly and move forward – enough has been said already, and I’m ready to put it behind us.
Ciara made her claim after Jennifer spoke out amid the Summer House drama.
Jennifer told Page Six at Vulture’s Reality Masterminds party on May 7th that she’s a big fan of Ciara, saying everyone feels the same way. She also expressed her affection for West Wilson, describing him as incredibly cute, sweet, and lovable like a golden retriever puppy.

She explained that he’s not malicious and didn’t intend to cause any trouble. He just wants to enjoy himself and doesn’t want to hurt anyone, so she asked people to be understanding.
Once Jennifer publicly defended West, a comment quickly spread online. Ciara then responded on Threads, jokingly suggesting that West and Jennifer had also been romantically involved.
Both West and Jennifer have said the rumors aren’t true, but the Summer House season 10 reunion – filmed in April – is expected to be very dramatic. It was the first time Ciara, West, Amanda, and Amanda’s ex-husband, Kyle Cooke, were all together since West and Amanda shared their news.
Kyle explained to TopMob News at the Vulture party that the reunion was difficult. He said they’d hoped to resolve issues and repair relationships, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen, and everyone knew going in that not everything would be okay.
“So, it was a weird thing to walk into,” the 43-year-old added, “and it was a weird day.”
Until the reunion airs, keep reading for a breakdown of the series’ drama.

Ciara Miller and West Wilson found love on the set of Summer House season eight in 2023, and their connection continued off-screen in real life.
However, their romance wouldn’t last long, with the costars breaking up at the end of that year.
Their difficult breakup created tension at the summer house for the next two years, as Ciara wrestled with whether to forgive the sports reporter for hurting her and potentially try to rebuild their relationship.

After a rocky four-year marriage filled with disagreements, Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke decided to separate just before the tenth season of their Bravo series was set to premiere in 2026.
The couple announced on Instagram on January 19th that they’ve decided to separate. They shared a joint statement saying the decision was mutual and made with respect for each other. They asked for privacy and support as they both focus on moving forward and taking care of themselves.
Amanda and Kyle, who got married in September 2021, shared that it feels strange to ask for privacy, as they’ve always been open and honest about their relationship. They asked for kindness and respect as they begin a new phase in their lives.
The show gave viewers an intimate look at the couple’s struggles as their relationship fell apart.

Rumors started circulating quickly about a possible romance between Amanda and West after the gossip blog Deuxmoi reported on March 5th that the two actors were seen behaving flirtatiously in New York City.
Addressing rumors, West dismissed the speculation during a March 24th appearance on Watch What Happens Live. He explained that she’s currently single and that he was simply showing her around New York, something he’s done for others she’s dated before. He stated, “She’s single now and it happened already to other people she’s hung out with. We were just hanging out in New York. She’s single now, I gotta show her the streets a little.”
The journalist said, “She’s a close friend—someone I really care about.”

After news spread about a possible relationship between West and Amanda, some of their colleagues spoke out about the rumors.
On March 29th, Carl Radke posted a confused-looking photo to his Instagram Stories. Lindsay Hubbard and KJ Dillard followed suit, sharing similar expressions of bewilderment on their own social media accounts.
Austen Kroll, who also stars on Bravo and is friends with several members of the Summer House cast, weighed in on the drama. On March 29th, he posted to his Instagram Stories, “Apparently, dating your friends’ exes and eating pasta are both trending again.”

Amanda and West publicly confirmed the rumors in a joint statement on Instagram on March 31st.
We never meant to keep our relationship a secret,” the message posted to Instagram explained. “Because things were complicated, and with so much attention on us from the show, we just needed some time to figure things out privately before sharing anything.
We understand this situation has only affected us and we never intended to cause any pain or seem irresponsible. We’re grateful for your understanding and respect as we work through this.

Just as West and Amanda revealed they were dating, Ciara was seen in New York City with a friend who was offering her support. She also started getting messages of encouragement from friends and colleagues on social media, as people within the Bravo TV community began choosing sides in the dramatic love triangle.
Amanda’s husband, Kyle Cooke, appeared to make light of recent drama by posting a selfie with Ciara on Instagram on March 30th.
Paige DeSorbo, known from Summer House, shared a supportive comment on Ciara’s Instagram, simply writing, “Ur perfect.” Lindsay Hubbard and Dara Levitan, who joined the show in season 10, also showed their support for Ciara, with Lindsay calling the post “Perfection” and Dara adding, “And that’s how you do it.”

Two days after Amanda and West went public, Kyle slammed his former friend for moving in on his ex.
He told journalist Adam Glyn in a TikTok video posted in April that he felt deeply betrayed. “He ended our friendship suddenly,” he said. “I thought we had a ‘bro code’ – some basic loyalty – but apparently not.”
Kyle also insinuated West’s intentions were calculated.
He told Adam that West is skilled at understanding his audience and knows exactly how to appeal to women. He added that while people are celebrating West’s apparent change for the better, it’s clear West was deliberately flattering them all along.

Ciara’s longtime BFF Paige DeSorbo made it clear whose side she’s on amid the fallout.
Ciara is a true friend to us, and we’ve been there for her, offering support and comfort. As we shared on our Giggly Squad podcast, we fully support her and would never try to profit from her difficult time.
Paige went on to share “the final thing” she was going to say about the situation.
Okay, so Paige just gets Ciara, you know? She totally said Ciara is this amazing, strong, smart woman, and that Ciara will share what’s on her mind when she’s ready. And the best part? Paige would never try to speak for her – she respects Ciara’s voice so much! It’s just… perfect. I’m telling you, Ciara is incredible, and it’s amazing to see people recognizing that.

After waiting a week to process things, Ciara finally spoke up and let everyone know how she was doing with a short message.
At the premiere of Euphoria season three on April 7th, Ciara shared with Entertainment Tonight that she’s doing well and feeling positive despite the recent, very public relationship between Amanda and West.

Ciara showed she wasn’t bothered by the new romance between Amanda and West, playfully dismissing it while she hosted the red carpet event for the premiere of HBO Max’s Euphoria season three.
Ciara jokingly asked Sydney Sweeney, whose character on HBO often finds herself in complicated love lives, what someone would do after dating a friend’s ex-boyfriend during an event on April 7th. She asked, ‘What do you think is the next step?’
Sydney, who plays Cassie Howard on the show, reacted with discomfort when asked about her character beginning a relationship with Nate Jacobs (Jacob Elordi), the ex-boyfriend of her character’s best friend, Maddy Perez (Alexa Demie). She simply said, “It’s not good.”
Ciara, age 30, directly told her partner what she wanted for their future, saying, “I think we should get married.”

Following a week of backlash, Amanda broke her silence to address angry fans.
In a recent Instagram post on April 10th, the 34-year-old apologized to anyone they had disappointed or hurt, particularly those they had contacted directly.
She explained that she’s trying to get back to a more normal life for her own well-being. If people see her out and about or online, she wants them to know she’s still deeply affected by everything that’s happened and hasn’t forgotten it.
Plus, she promised fans will get more answers to their myriad of questions soon.
Amanda confirmed she’ll be at the reunion and promised to answer everyone’s questions openly and honestly when she’s there.

It feels like forever, but after almost three weeks of everyone talking about West and Amanda’s relationship becoming public, Ciara finally spoke up about everything. It was the first time she really addressed the whole situation, and I was so relieved to hear her side of things.
Ciara recently told Glamour that dealing with heartbreak is hard enough privately, but having it play out publicly adds another level of difficulty. She specifically mentioned how challenging it was to watch her past relationship depicted on season 10 of a TV show, calling it ‘a major mindfk’.
As a lifestyle expert, I’ve seen how relationships shift, and this situation is a prime example. This woman shared that she was much closer to Amanda before everything came out, but she and West were actively trying to improve their connection. Because of that strong bond she had with Amanda, the betrayal cut much deeper than anything West did. It’s a reminder that sometimes the wounds from those closest to us are the hardest to heal.
Ultimately, people will be people,” Ciara explained. “Regardless of what’s happening with me and West, you can’t always predict what someone will do. What’s most surprising is that it would be Amanda, someone I’ve considered a friend and supporter for a long time. That’s what really shocks me.”
