In the second week of Big Brother Season 27, a fresh Head of Household (HOH) and various power-wielding mechanisms have been protecting housemates from elimination. However, Isaiah “Zae” Friedrich finds himself watching from the sidelines following his eviction in Week 1. Initially, it seemed Zae might avoid this fate, but a skirmish with returning contestant Rachel Reilly significantly influenced the outcome. Yet, Zae shared a different viewpoint on his eviction when he spoke to TopMob.
After Zae returned home, I managed to have a conversation with him about various subjects. In this discussion, I inquired about his thoughts regarding whether his dispute with Rachel played a role in his eviction. While he elaborated on its effect on his departure, he also mentioned that he believed it was an uncalled-for argument that made Rachel appear negatively:.
Indeed, it seems her behavior may have had a minimal impact. It became increasingly evident to those present that she was acting erratically during that conversation. Those who witnessed the entire exchange couldn’t help but exclaim, “Wow, what’s happening here?” I believe my outcome was already largely decided at that moment. If I was up for eviction, it seemed inevitable that I would be leaving the house.
I mostly concur with Zae’s observation that he was deeply involved in the game. However, I’d like to point out that Rylie Jeffries mainly switched strategies to expel his ally because he wanted to collaborate with Rachel. If Zae had made more efforts to team up with the veteran, he might still be in the house engaging in the various activities typical of Big Brother Houseguests during their leisure time.
Ultimately, Zae failed to garner enough votes to stay in the game, and I believe his chances might have been stronger had Kelley Jorgensen not won the BB Blockbuster. In a desperate attempt to remain in the competition, Zae decided to intensify the conflict with Rachel and aim for the support of those who wanted her out of the game.
In the heat of the contest, I was putting in a great deal of effort to secure those votes, believing I had a good chance at success. There were some voters who seemed undecided or hedging their bets between both sides…I attempted to leverage the [Rachel drama] situation in an attempt to sway a few more votes from individuals eager to witness our confrontation and see me emerge victorious against her. Many of them confessed they were hesitant, but I was hoping this strategy would pay off. Unfortunately, it didn’t work as planned, and here I am back home.
To put it simply, Zae’s approach was sound, but the problem was that while some Houseguests perceived Rachel as a potential threat and a skilled player of Big Brother, the muscular man in his twenties seemed to be the more prominent target for elimination due to his strength. The concern was that if they let him continue, he could become a significant competitive contender, especially at such an early stage of the game, so many chose to eliminate him first rather than risk missing their chance.

Title Translation: Insider Info on Big Brother 27: Shocking Outcome of Week 2 Veto Ceremony and the Potential Chaos for the New Head of Household’s Week
By rephrasing the original title, we have kept the essential information while making it more accessible and engaging for readers. The new title is natural, easy to read, and gives a hint about potential drama in the upcoming week.
Interestingly, Zae has been communicating with an individual who, like him, was kicked out in Week 1 of Big Brother, following a dispute with a more seasoned Houseguest named Matt Hardeman. To this day, Hardeman seems to provoke Angela Murray, fueling their ongoing disagreement, or perhaps it’s Murray who is fanning the embers.
As a die-hard fan of reality TV, I can’t help but ponder if the feud between Zae and Rachel will linger beyond the game or if it’ll be just a brief moment in the spotlight, eventually fading into oblivion by the season’s end. Personally, I’m rooting for the latter, considering the bizarre turn of events we’ve witnessed so far this season. The alliances within the game seem to be precariously balanced at best, so it didn’t come as a shock that Zae couldn’t muster enough support to stay once the winds shifted.
