As a die-hard fan, I’d dare to speculate that Jonathan Taylor Thomas must step outside the comfort of his home more frequently than every couple of years!
If that’s the regular occurrence, then it won’t be long before we spot the 43-year-old out and about anytime soon.
Should the response to paparazzi photographing him in 2021 and 2023 serve as an example, it’s clear that such an event would still cause quite a stir.
Since, back then, the actor who went by the nickname J.T.T., was a rising teen idol, poised to become a film star after his breakout performance as the quick-witted middle son Randy Taylor on the successful sitcom “Home Improvement”.
In 1994, he kicked off his acting career by lending his voice to the young Simba in “The Lion King” on the big screen. He described his approach to People magazine as putting his genuine enthusiasm into it, portraying a character that was naturally curious, playful, and always up to some kind of trouble. After that, he smoothly transitioned to live-action roles, delivering films like “Tom and Huck”, “Man of the House”, “Wild America”, and “I’ll Be Home for Christmas”.
He departed from Home Improvement in 1998 at age 16, desiring to retain a piece of the ordinary high school life before it slipped away from him.
On Late Night With Conan O’Brien in November, Taylor shared that she yearned to return to school and enjoy weekend football matches, among other things.
He was aware that he didn’t wish to tread the same path as other young actors, who discovered they were ill-prepared when their career growth stagnated.
In a 1996 interview with Premiere magazine, Taylor (who was 14 at the time), expressed that she approached her work seriously but also recognized that every job eventually ends. She believed that many child stars weren’t ready for the end of their careers and suggested that they shouldn’t make their entire life revolve around one thing, as it isn’t the end of their lives.
In an interview with the New York Times in 1997, Thomas expressed, “Your supporters are deeply intertwined with your own existence, and there is a significant debt to repay. However, it’s challenging because you yearn to please everyone, yet attempting to do so may lead to disappointment.
It seems that his decision to depart from “Home Improvement” in the middle of its last season didn’t please everyone, as his on-screen father, Tim Allen, confessed later that he found Thomas’ choice a bit puzzling.
In an interview with TV Guide back in 1999, the main character admitted there was some ambiguity regarding his desires: “Was he planning to act in films? Or did he prefer school? The translation seemed unclear.” He confessed feeling perplexed about it. I don’t believe he appreciated my confusion.
Patricia Richardson, known for portraying Jill Taylor, Tim “The Tool Man” Taylor’s wife on the show, expressed her disappointment that Thomas (the actor playing Tim) didn’t appear in the final episode of that season. She shared with TV Guide, “I believe there were many negative feelings throughout. I don’t think it was wise for him to be absent.
Instead of saying “However, Thomas had no regrets,” you could rephrase it as “Thomas was completely content with his decision” or “Thomas had absolutely no remorse about his choice”. In the quote, he told reporters at the 1999 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards: “I made a great decision, for if I had stayed at the show and pursued academics as I am doing now, I would have prematurely ended my life.
Whatever got damaged was eventually fixed, and Thomas managed to keep in contact with his television guardians.
However, he explained to Premiere that “It’s important not to be confined within the acting industry’s peculiar bubble. The industry can be neurotic and unusual, and when I return home and play basketball with my friends, I’m not Jonathan Taylor Thomas. I’m simply Jonathan. I don’t enjoy socializing with other actors and actresses.
He aimed to navigate life with a broader skillset than just his experience from Tiger Beat. That’s why he dedicates himself to his schoolwork, plays sports, and studies the technical aspects of filmmaking. “I do this,” Thomas explained, “because one day things may change, and I’ll have my education as a safety net.
Following his high school graduation, Thomas made appearances in various television shows such as “Ally McBeal,” “8 Simple Rules,” “Smallville,” and “Veronica Mars” until the mid-2000s.
But then he pressed pause on acting.
Thomas shared with People in 2013 that he had been consistently busy since he turned 8. He yearned for the opportunity to attend school, explore the world, and take a well-deserved rest.
He pursued his studies in philosophy, first at Harvard, then spending a year abroad at St Andrews in Scotland, and finally graduating from Columbia University in 2010. Reflecting on this period, Thomas said, “Being surrounded by books and students in such a vast library was quite an exciting time for me.” He described it as something new and unique in his experience.
He was happy to take a break from the bustle of Hollywood for a while, even though he still resides in Los Angeles.
He made it clear that he didn’t let fame get to him excessively. It was an incredible phase in his life, but it doesn’t encapsulate who he is. When he reminisces about that period, he does so with a chuckle. For him, it’s the enjoyable moments that stand out, not the multiple magazine covers he graced.
Following an eight-year hiatus, Thomas re-entered the acting world by appearing on Allen’s sitcom, Last Man Standing, broadcasted first on ABC and later on Fox. From 2013 to 2016, he made multiple guest appearances before a thrilled live audience and even directed a handful of episodes.
[Jonathan] was extremely committed to his academic pursuits and eventually distanced himself from TV,” Allen shared with Yahoo! Entertainment during their reunion. “However, he eventually graduated and returned, showing a deep affection for directing and collaborating with actors. Despite being incredibly shy, he exhibited nervousness. He doubted whether he still possessed the talent, and was hesitant to participate because he had other plans. However, they asked him, and ultimately, he agreed.
It transpired that Thomas was able to retain his skill, as he portrayed the head of Allen’s oldest daughter’s character and delivered witty comebacks, such as “Oftentimes, the middle child becomes the comedian due to their desire for attention.
Allen said that Thomas’ role “expanded more and more as he got on set.”
He’s a very intelligent child. He enjoys directing and has a passion for this field, yet he isn’t certain if this is his ultimate career path. We’d be thrilled if he returned because he does an outstanding job. Despite his hesitation, everyone adores him.
But as Thomas once predicted, there were other things he could do in show business besides act.
In 2017, he was chosen for a four-year term on the SAG-AFTRA national board. This honor was shared with notable figures like Martin Sheen, Matthew Modine, and Regina King. During this time, he occasionally moved out of the camera’s view.
Later on, Allen discussed restarting “Home Improvement”, but as stated in March 2024, neither Richardson nor Taylor had received any notification about it.
On the Back to the Best podcast, she disclosed that she phoned Jonathan one time and inquired, “Has he asked you about this?” His response was simply, “No.
Richardson pointed out that one challenge in reuniting the Taylor family was Jonathan’s lack of enthusiasm for acting. Instead, he is more drawn towards directing and writing.
Whatever Thomas is up to, he fills his time as he pleases.
“I watch a lot of movies,” he told People in 2013. “I hike, I stay up on shows and theater.”
And to this day he doesn’t have to do anything but grab coffee to get his picture in a magazine.

In the early ’90s, JTT (Jonathan Taylor Thomas) gained popularity as he portrayed the clever and endearing middle child Randy Taylor on the hit show “Home Improvement”. During that decade, his film roles expanded to include providing the voice for young Simba in “The Lion King”, although it was not him singing. He also collaborated with Brad Renfro in the 1995 movie “Tom and Huck” and acted alongside Devon Sawa in “Wild America” in 1997.
In 1998, he chose to step away from “Home Improvement” (as that was when Randy departed for Costa Rica), devoting himself more to academic pursuits. However, he continued acting in various extracurricular activities.
In the year 2004, he was a regular character on the show “8 Simple Rules,” and in 2013, he reconnected with his TV father, Tim Allen, to both direct and star in multiple episodes of “Last Man Standing.
Despite choosing to stay away from the limelight and even graduate from Columbia University in 2010, Thomas Turner (JTT) still manages to make headlines without being onscreen: Whenever the paparazzi catch a glimpse of him, those images quickly become viral.
Few six-year-old actors made as big an impact in their first film roles as Lipnicki did, matching wits with Tom Cruise in terms of charm in “Jerry Maguire” and nearly stealing the show with his lines. After appearing in the “Stuart Little,” “Doctor Dolittle” (providing the voice for Baby Tiger), “The Little Vampire,” and “Little Mike,” he also made an appearance on “Dawson’s Creek.” However, Lipnicki opted to pause his acting career to enjoy a typical high school experience.
As an adult, he continues his career in the entertainment industry, featuring in the 2023 Lifetime film titled “Secrets at the Museum.” Born in Los Angeles, this individual is also proficient in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, holding a black belt. In May 2021, he chose to offer extra security outside a central synagogue due to an increase in anti-Semitic vandalism and intimidation.
2017 saw Lipnicki openly discuss on Instagram the bullying he endured during his middle school years. Sharing his story aimed at offering solace to others who might have gone through similar experiences.
As a dedicated follower, I was subjected to persistent ridicule by some individuals who, presumably, later chose to forget their past actions and attempted to connect with me on Facebook. I was labeled as outdated and told I would never secure another job in the industry, an experience I vividly remember. Each night, I was plagued by panic attacks, fearing the impending embarrassment of the next day. However, I have persevered, expressing my gratitude for the extraordinary life I lead today. I hope to share the message that things do indeed improve.
Wilson starred in Mrs. Doubtfire at 6 and Matilda at 9 before putting acting on the back burner.
In 2016, the author and activist published her memoir titled “Where Am I Now?: True Stories of Girlhood and Accidental Fame.” She also made an appearance on “Broad City” and lent her voice to several animated series such as “BoJack Horseman,” “Big Hero 6: The Series,” and “Helluva Boss.
In a February 2021 op-Ed for the New York Times regarding the dangers of early fame for young women, Wilson reminisced about a time when someone she considered a friend asked, “How does it feel to have reached your peak?” Now, she would respond that this is the wrong question. She hasn’t peaked because, for her, The Narrative is no longer being dictated by others; she has the power to write it herself.
By the time I graced the small screen as Tommy Solomon, a member of an extraterrestrial research team disguised as ordinary humans on “3rd Rock From the Sun,” I had already built up quite a resume in the acting world. This popular sitcom debuted in 1996, coincidentally also the year I made my mark playing Demi Moore’s son in the suspenseful film “The Jury.
In the year 1999, he played the affectionate character with a crush in the movie “10 Things I Hate About You”. Later in 2004, he portrayed a street-smart individual in “Mysterious Skin”, and in the 2005 noir drama “Brick”, he took on the role of a determined teenage detective trying to solve the mystery of his missing ex-girlfriend.
Despite appearing youthful even in his thirties, Joseph Gordon-Levitt has made a name for himself playing adult roles. Notable performances include “500 Days of Summer,” “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra,” “Inception,” “50/50,” “The Dark Knight Rises,” “Looper,” “Lincoln,” “Don Jon” (which he also wrote and directed), and “Snowden.” In recent years, Gordon-Levitt delved into historical events as a prosecutor in “The Trial of the Chicago 7” and portrayed Uber co-founder Travis Kalanick in the series “Super Pumped.
He quietly married Tasha McCauley in 2014 and they share two children.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d like to express my admiration for the remarkable journey of Natalie Portman. At just 12 years old, her captivating performance in “The Professional” (1994) marked her with an undeniable gravitas that has only grown over time. Since then, she’s graced both the big and small screens, delivering stellar performances across various genres. From epic blockbusters like the Star Wars prequels and the Thor series, to indie gems such as “Beautiful Girls” and “Garden State,” comedies including “Mars Attacks!” and “Your Highness,” intense dramas such as “Closer” and “Brothers,” and apocalyptic thrillers like “V for Vendetta” and “Annihilation,” Portman continues to impress us with her versatility and talent. She truly embodies the spirit of a dedicated artist who never settles for less than excellence.
In 2010, she won the Best Actress Oscar for her portrayal as a ballet dancer losing her sanity in the movie “Black Swan.” She also received another nomination for playing Jackie Kennedy, a newly widowed woman, in the film “Jackie.” Her first directorial effort came with the 2015 release of “A Tale of Love and Darkness,” which was based on Amos Oz’s autobiographical novel.
In the year 2012, she tied the knot with her ballet choreographer, Benjamin Millepied. Together they became parents to a son named Aleph and a daughter called Amalia. However, their marriage came to an end in 2024 as they went through a divorce.
Known primarily as the son of actor Jon Cryer’s downtrodden divorcee character (and nephew of Charlie Sheen’s playboy songwriter character) in the popular sitcom ‘Two and a Half Men’, Jones made headlines in 2012 when a video of him criticizing the show, labeling it as “filth”, was released online. The clip originated from a 15-minute religious testimony for Forerunner Chronicles, an Alabama-based Seventh-day Adventist ministry.
Later on, Jones expressed regret for demonstrating a lack of concern and disregard towards my peers, as well as failing to fully appreciate the remarkable chance that I’ve been given.
The actor soon left the series, but returned for the finale in 2015.
Jones, who reportedly made $350,000 per episode during his final season on the CBS sitcom, told Houston station KHOU that the show “laughingly portrayed issues in our society that are genuine problems for many people. I was a paid actor, yet I wasn’t comfortable with it, as I wasn’t agreeing with the content, but I continued to participate.
Prior to being listed as appearing in the 2023 Max series “Bookie” on IMDb, his last acting credit was the 2016 limited series “Horace & Pete,” created by Louis C.K.
In 2016, Jones shared with People magazine that he lived a typical life while attending the University of Colorado at Boulder. He further stated, “For a long time, my thoughts were quite apocalyptic, but now I’m having fun and enjoying the present.” He also mentioned, “I no longer feel as if each step I take is on a landmine.
Discussing actors who might have been synonymous with a single legendary role, Daniel Radcliffe has impressively diversified his career by taking on non-Potter roles. These range from stage performances in dramas such as “Equus” and “The Cripple of Inishmaan,” to the musical “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying”; from portraying Beat poet Allen Ginsberg in “Kill Your Darlings” to playing a flatulent corpse in “Swiss Army Man,” and an opioid-addicted doctor on TV series “A Young Doctor’s Notebook.
Lately, he concluded a four-season stint on Miracle Workers, starred in Weird: The Al Yankovic Story and reappeared on Broadway in Merrily We Roll Along.
On a personal note, Radcliffe is dad to a son with longtime partner Erin Darke.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: At just six years old, I stepped into the limelight with my debut in the spinoff series of the iconic Andy Griffith Show, titled Mayberry R.F.D.. A few years later, at the tender age of 14, I was recognized by the Academy for my heart-wrenching performance as a victim of exploitation in Martin Scorsese’s groundbreaking film, Taxi Driver. The emotional turmoil portrayed in that role served as the catalyst for Robert De Niro’s character, Travis Bickle, to take drastic and violent action. Contrasting this intense role, I also found myself in the light-hearted world of 1976’s original Freaky Friday, a film that solidified my status as a mainstream child star, offering a stark contrast to the gritty realism of Taxi Driver.
After taking a brief hiatus to study at Yale, she resumed her successful career and ultimately secured her first Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in the film “The Accused” (1988), where she played a gang-rape victim who pressed charges against her assailants. Unbeknownst to her, this role would lead to a trial of a different kind. Later, she made her directorial debut with “Little Man Tate” in 1991, and went on to win an Oscar for Best Actress for her portrayal of an ambitious FBI trainee in “The Silence of the Lambs” (1992).
The actress-cum-filmmaker received the prestigious Cecil B. DeMille Award for lifetime achievement at the 2013 Golden Globes. Over the past few years, she has taken on more directing roles for television, guiding episodes of ‘House of Cards’, ‘Black Mirror’ and ‘Orange Is the New Black’. In the 21st century, some of her significant big-screen projects include ‘Panic Room’, ‘Inside Man’, ‘Elysium’, ‘Hotel Artemis’ and ‘The Mauritanian’. This latter film brought her an unexpected win at the 2021 Golden Globes for the best supporting actress category.
In the real world, she has two sons from her former relationship with Cydney Bernard, and she tied the knot with photographer and director Alexandra Hedison in 2014.
Or
In everyday life, she is a mother of two sons, having been in a relationship with Cydney Bernard before, and she got married to photographer and filmmaker Alexandra Hedison in 2014.
It was only fitting for former child actress Jodie Foster to guide Stewart, as they portrayed a mother-daughter duo in David Fincher’s 2002 thriller, “Panic Room.” Similar to her mentor, Stewart has had a complex connection with fame, but on an entirely different level due to landing the highly influential and transformative role of Bella Swan in the “Twilight” series at around 16.
In an interview with Stellar magazine in 2019, Stewart mentioned that Foster seemed to believe he wouldn’t carry on acting his career. However, this assumption had nothing to do with his talent and everything to do with Foster’s humble personality. Stewart further explained, “I enjoy my work immensely, but I can understand why she might have doubted my commitment to acting when I was young. I admire her greatly.
Since wrapping up the five-movie “Twilight” series, the actress and Chanel muse has had no trouble securing roles. However, aside from her 2019 attempt at rebooting the “Charlie’s Angels” franchise, she has chosen to focus on smaller, more personal films. These include “The Clouds of Sils Maria,” where she made history by becoming the first American actress to win a Cesar Award (the French equivalent of the Oscars), as well as the chilling drama “Personal Shopper,” the partially-biographical films “Seberg” and “Spencer.
Since her well-known romance with Robert Pattinson concluded, Stewart has predominantly been in relationships with women. She has been engaged to Dylan Meyer since the year 2021.
Decades before he eliminated half of Earth’s population, the son of actor James Brolin began his acting career by portraying Brandon Walsh, a character who was both cool and exasperated yet protective and big-hearted, in the 1985 movie “The Goonies.
Brolin made a significant number of films, among them were “Flirting With Disaster”, “Mimic”, “No Country for Old Men” which won the Best Picture Oscar and boosted his career, “American Gangster”, “W.” where he portrayed President George W. Bush, “Milk” for which he received a nomination for Best Supporting Actor Oscar as Dan White, the San Francisco councilman who assassinated city official Harvey Milk, “Jonah Hex”, “True Grit”, “Sicario”, “Deadpool 2”, and of course, “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Endgame”, appearing as Thanos with CGI enhancement, and the forthcoming sci-fi epic “Dune”, both parts one and two.
Josh Brolin has two kids from his first marriage to Alice Adair, followed by a union with Diane Lane from 2004 until 2013. Since then, he’s been married to Kathryn Boyn since 2016. Together they have a daughter named Westlyn Reign Brolin, born in 2018, and another daughter, Chapel Grace Brolin, who arrived in December 2020.
At just ten years old, she first appeared in movies alongside Cher and Winona Ryder in the 1990 films “Mermaids” and “The Addams Family,” where she portrayed the character of Wednesday Addams, who was famously melancholic. The following year saw her debut in another role.
In the 1990s, memories that felt classic were created with movies like “Casper” and “Now and Then.” Later, Ricci’s acting career took a turn towards complex roles, such as those in films like “The Opposite of Sex,” “Buffalo ’66,” “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas,” “Sleepy Hollow,” “Prozac Nation,” “Pumpkin,” and “Monster.” In the latter, she portrayed the girlfriend of serial killer Aileen Wuornos, a character famously played by Charlize Theron who won an Oscar for her performance.
For the last 30 years, most of Ricci’s activities have been thrilling, encompassing roles like a stylish ’60s flight attendant in the short-lived series Pan Am, being bound to a radiator in Black Snake Moan, and portraying intriguing real-life women such as the ax murderer Lizzie Borden in The Lizzie Borden Chronicles, and F. Scott Fitzgerald’s muse Zelda Fitzgerald in Z: The Beginning of Everything.
Ricci is mom to son Freddie with ex-husband James Heerdegen.
In December of 2021, the celebrity known as the “Yellowjackets” star gave birth to a baby girl named Cleopatra. She did so with the help of her husband, Mark Hampton, who is a hairdresser and tied the knot with her in October of the same year.
Macaulay Culkin became an icon at just 10 years old with his scream in Home Alone, but he had been working in TV movies since he was 5, including Uncle Buck, Jacob’s Ladder, and others. After a nearly decade-long break following the release of Richie Rich in 1994, Culkin has occasionally returned to acting, primarily in smaller films with significant cultural impact like Party Monster and Saved.
Following his appearances on Adult Swim’s “Robot Chicken” and portraying a barista version of himself on “The Jim Gaffigan Show,” Macaulay Culkin is planning to appear in the 10th season of “American Horror Story,” scheduled for release in 2021, assuming all pandemic precautions are addressed.
The actor is currently betrothed to Brenda Song, and they are proud parents to two sons: Dakota Song Culkin (whose name honors the actor’s late older sister Dakota, who tragically passed in a car accident in 2008) and Carson. Their son Carson was born into the public eye at his father’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony on December 1, 2023 when he was just 12 months old.
It appears that Dakota transitioned from portraying Ally McBeal’s 5-year-old self and Sean Penn’s 6-year-old daughter in “I Am Sam” to carving a path as the first female employee of the New York Police Department turned private detective in the period drama “The Alienist” surprisingly quickly, but this was not the case. Instead, she likely had a series of roles between these two significant parts.
She’s been putting in an immense amount of effort for over two decades, delivering standout performances in films such as Uptown Girls, Man on Fire, Hide and Seek, War of the Worlds, Charlotte’s Web, The Secret Life of Bees, three Twilight movies, American Pastoral, and Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood. Notably, she played the role of real-life Charles Manson follower Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme in one of these films.
Apart from appearing alongside her younger sister Elle Fanning in “The Nightingale,” she’s also set to headline an adaptation of Sylvia Plath’s renowned novel, “The Bell Jar.” This book, which is Plath’s only novel, delves into the struggles of a young woman grappling with mental health issues during the 1950s.
She initially made a name for herself by portraying a younger version of her sister Dakota’s character named Lucy, in the movie “I Am Sam,” two years ago. However, this Fanning has since carved out her unique path in acting and personal style, distinguishing herself significantly from her successful sibling.
She accumulated the typical roles as the child of established film stars in numerous productions such as “Daddy Day Care”, “The Door in the Floor”, “Babel”, and “Reservation Road”. Additionally, she made guest appearances on several installments of the “CSI” series, “Criminal Minds”, “House”, “Law & Order: SVU”, and likely other shows that may have been inappropriate for her age at the time. However, as a teenager and into her twenties, her cinematic ventures diversified across various genres. These included family-friendly movies like “We Bought a Zoo” and “Maleficent”, young adult films such as “Super 8” and “Twixt”, prestigious dramas like “Trumbo” and “20th Century Women”, and unsettling fantasies like “The Neon Demon” and “The Beguiled”.
During her journey, she has portrayed Mary Shelley in a film with the same title and Catherine the Great in the Hulu satire titled “The Great“. Subsequently, she and Dakota have been cast as sisters in the highly anticipated big-screen adaptation of “Kristin Hannah‘s” World War II-era novel “The Nightingale“.
The actress and vocalist has aged since her breakout years on Disney Channel’s “Lizzie McGuire,” which she gracefully transitioned into more family-oriented roles like “Agent Cody Banks,” “Cheaper by the Dozen,” and “A Cinderella Story.
However, following a period where Duff seemed to take a lesser role, she has shone brightly once more in Younger, portraying a character with depth alongside Sutton Foster‘s character who pretends to be a millennial in the TV Land series that’s set for a seventh season. While the idea of a spin-off focusing on Duff’s character Kelsey from Younger is intriguing, fans eagerly anticipated her reprising her role as Lizzie in a planned reboot for Disney+. Regrettably, the revival of this cherished series has been postponed.
She has since starred in two seasons of How I Met Your Father.
Duff and former hockey player Mike Comrie, who is Luca Comrie’s father, split up in 2014 following around four years of marriage, leading to a divorce. Later, she had a daughter named Banks Violet Koma with songwriter Matthew Koma in 2018, and they got married the year after. In 2021, they welcomed two more daughters, Mae James Koma and Townes Meadow Koma, bringing their family to a total of four children, with the latter being added to the family in May 2024.
Back in the day, I was absolutely smitten by the younger sibling of Kirk Cameron from “Growing Pains.” You know who I’m talking about – she rocked that crimped hair as the studious eldest Tanner sister, D.J., on the iconic sitcom “Full House,” which ruled our TV screens from 1987 to 1995. She was my fashion inspiration at age twelve!
As an ardent admirer, I can’t help but be captivated by the extraordinary body of work this actress has amassed, particularly her TV movies that carry profound messages. One such example is “No One Would Tell” from 1996, a chilling portrayal adapted from a true story. It tells the heart-wrenching tale of a high school student who fell victim to her 16-year-old boyfriend’s heinous actions, having endured his abuse in silence for months before ultimately paying the ultimate price. Even now, decades later, the haunting echoes of that story still resonate within me.
In more recent times, following a two-season stint as a co-host on The View, and rejoining almost the entire Tanner family for five seasons of Fuller House on Netflix, Candace has ascended to the throne in the Hallmark Channel’s annual Christmas programming and leads their Aurora Teagarden murder-mystery series, which is based on the books by Charlaine Harris.
In the year 2021, she commemorated a quarter-century of marital bliss with her ex-hockey player husband, Valeri Bure, and together they share three lovely children.
Following an eight-season stint playing middle sister Stephanie Tanner on “Full House”, Sweetin battled issues with substance abuse. She openly shared her experiences in her 2009 memoir titled “unSweetined”.
From 2002 to 2016, three marriages contributed to the media buzz, along with her fleeting engagement to Justin Hodak. Hodak, with his numerous problems, ultimately breached a restraining order that had been imposed on him. In 2019, he was sentenced to over six years in prison for unlawful possession of a lethal weapon and falsifying evidence.
Since 2008, the mother of Zoie and Beatrix has been sober. She reappeared with the Tanner family for five seasons of “Fuller House” on Netflix and has acted in various Hallmark Channel films, such as the 2019 Christmas movie “Merry and Bright” and the romantic comedy “Just Swipe”.
The character Michelle Tanner from the popular ABC sitcom Full House was played by not one but two individuals. Starting as an innocent baby, she transformed into a clever 6-year-old on the show. Following their success, these identical twins leveraged their fame to produce films (both big screen and direct-to-video), establish a production company, create children’s clothing lines, write books, and develop various products – all contributing to the establishment of the Olsen business empire.
After 2004’s “New York Minute,” Mary-Kate persisted in acting, joining the cast of “Weeds” for a season and featuring in films like “The Wackness” and “Beastly.” On the other hand, Ashley mostly stepped away from acting. Nowadays, they are both highly successful figures in the fashion industry as co-founders of The Row (awarded CFDA) and Elizabeth & James respectively.
In a tranquil manner, Ashley became a mother to her first child with Louis Eisner, whom she’s been with since 2017, in the year 2023. Mary-Kate exchanged vows with Olivier Sarkozy back in 2015 and chose to file for divorce in 2020.
Prior to his fame as a movie star, an activist, and an Oscar winner for “The Revenant”, and living the glamorous life on yachts with model girlfriends, Leonardo DiCaprio was actually a homeless teenager who moved in with the Seaver family on “Growing Pains” in 1991. Known for his youthful appearance even as he approached adulthood (he was already 16 on “GP” and had been acting for years), DiCaprio received his first of six Oscar nominations (for acting) for “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape”, portraying a series of troubled adolescents in films such as “A Boy’s Life”, “The Basketball Diaries”, “Marvin’s Room” and, love-struggling at least, “Romeo + Juliet”.
He still kinda looked like a kid in Titanic, but at 22 he had reached full-on heartthrob status.
For approximately ten years, Leonardo DiCaprio has appeared in movies like “Inception”, “The Wolf of Wall Street”, “Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood”, “The Revenant” (which earned him his first Best Actor Oscar), and “Killers of the Flower Moon”.
Accio, adulthood!
After making a remarkable debut as Hermione Granger in eight Harry Potter films, the English actress ventured into Young Adult (YA) productions like The Perks of Being a Wallflower and The Bling Ring, shared the screen with Tom Hanks in The Circle, and has utilized her status as a UN Goodwill Ambassador to champion women’s empowerment and advocate for global gender equality.
Originally from New Mexico, the young actor struck gold on his initial attempt, receiving a Golden Globe nomination at just 15 years old for his first role as a melancholic boy who forms a connection with their household help in the 1988 television movie “Clara’s Heart.” However, things could have easily taken a turn for the worse for the star of the TV series “Doogie Howser, M.D,” where he played a 16-year-old prodigious doctor. Neil Patrick Harris humorously portrayed these potential missteps when he mockingly depicted himself in the film “Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle.
Despite going through a period of less work after his busy youth in Hollywood, he immersed himself in theater, participating in three Broadway productions among other shows. The perfect TV opportunity eventually emerged, materializing as the charming playboy Barney Stinson in “How I Met Your Mother”, for which he received four Emmy nominations. In 2010, he garnered three Emmy nominations and won two, one for co-producing the 2009 Tonys and another for his guest appearance on “Glee”.
This versatile performer, known for his talents in acting, singing, dancing, and magic, has hosted the Tonys on four occasions (winning an Emmy for exceptional programming as a producer each time). Additionally, he has been a part of the Emmys twice and the Oscars once, in 2015. In 2014, he was awarded a Tony for Best Actor in a Musical, shining as the lead in Hedwig and the Angry Inch.
In 2010, Harris and his long-term companion David Burtka became parents to twins named Gideon and Harper through surrogacy. They finally got married in 2014.
At the tender age of 4, she stole hearts as the adorable Olivia on The Cosby Show, followed by roles in films like The Little Rascals, Doctor Dolittle and its sequel. In 2003, she starred in her own beloved Disney Channel sitcom, That’s So Raven.
