As a dedicated movie critic, I must say that the Mugen Train Arc is undeniably a pivotal part of the series that sets the stage for the stories yet to unfold. For those with limited time on their hands, I strongly recommend diving into the captivating cinematic adaptation. Although there are both theatrical and series versions available, the movie manages to encapsulate all key plot points succinctly and effectively.
In this gripping tale, we’re introduced to two central characters: Rengoku, a formidable Hashira (a high-ranking demon slayer), and Akaza, an Upper Rank demon who leaves quite an impression. The Mugen Train Arc is undoubtedly not one to be missed!

The storyline revolves around the training of all nine Hashira, which is the main focus throughout the season. However, the most crucial episode is “The Hashira Unite”, the finale. In this episode, all the Hashira engage in a battle against Muzan at the Ubuyashiki mansion, setting up events for the subsequent movie.
