When is the Dispatch Nintendo Switch release date?

I jumped into Dispatch when it first launched in October 2025 and honestly, it quickly became one of my favorite games of the year! But it was a bummer it was only available on PC and PlayStation 5. So, I’ve been wondering – when is Dispatch finally coming to the Nintendo Switch?

We thought Dispatch would be a great game to play during the Christmas break because of its engaging story and fantastic cast, including Aaron Paul. It’s structured like a TV show, but in shorter, more manageable segments.

Given how popular the game is, it’s not surprising that it’s already sold over three million copies. Now that it’s been so successful, fans are wondering if a second season of Dispatch is planned, and whether the game will be released on Xbox.

Don’t worry about all the details right now – you can enjoy the first game first! Keep reading to discover when Dispatch will be released on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2!

I’m so excited to hear that if I get the game on my current Switch, I’ll be able to upgrade to the Switch 2 version for free when I eventually get one! AdHoc Studio, the developers, confirmed this on X (formerly Twitter), which is a huge relief and a great move on their part.
