Monk’s Die or Blessed Die Riddle
The location of the Monk’s Die (also known as the Blessed Die) is hidden, and clues are given through a riddle shared by Monk Salvator and Gregory. The riddle states: “It’s found where sunlight doesn’t reach, but vines still grow. Where new wood rests on decayed wood… and then it’s the fourth one from the left.” To hear this riddle, you must first beat the monks in a dice game. You can challenge them to a game for the Blessed Die by offering 30 Groschen. If you win, they will share the riddle with you.
NOTE: You can find the Monk’s Die at its location without winning the game of dice.
Monk’s Die Location in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
You can find Monk’s Die hidden inside a barrel. It’s located in the infirmary basement, which is filled with barrels. Just follow the directions below to get there.
- Go straight from the room where the monks are playing dice, passing the staircase.
- Turn left from the doorway ahead and go into the doorway in the front.
- Follow the small stairs ahead to enter the room full of wine barrels.
Okay, so once I’m in the room, I need to head over to the barrels on the left. I’m looking at the ones stacked on top of each other, and I need to check them starting from the left side. It looks like the fourth barrel from the left is the one that lets me interact with it.
Inform the Monks About Your Findings
Once you’ve located the Monk’s Die, return to the monks and tell them what you discovered. They won’t challenge you to a game, though, because you now possess the Blessed Die.
