Where to Find Redcaps in Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon

Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon features a lot of different items you’ll find, and while many are useless, some are important for crafting, upgrading gear, or completing quests. For example, the ‘Act of Kindness’ quest requires you to locate potion ingredients, including one called Iron Teeth.

In Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon, Iron Teeth are the most difficult materials to collect for the Act of Kindness quest. If you’re having trouble finding them, this guide will show you the best locations and enemies to defeat to get them.

Tainted Grail The Fall of Avalon Iron Tooth Locations

Iron Teeth are dropped by Redcaps, which are goblin-like creatures easily identified by the red caps they wear. While they drop Iron Teeth fairly often, there aren’t many Redcaps to be found in the Horns of the South. Luckily, enemies in Tainted Grail reappear regularly, so you won’t have to worry about them disappearing for good if you defeat them all – just wait for them to respawn.

Where to Find Redcaps — Southern Beach

The first location is on the beach, a little southeast of the Horns keep gate. Leave the keep and follow the road, then take the southern path when the road splits. You should find some Redcaps close to the hut by the water’s edge.

Ancient Cave — Western Path

Travel to the Ancient Cromlech fast travel location, then follow the path heading west. You’ll find two Redcaps near the stone archway over the road. Be aware that an Ogre might be at the fast travel point itself, so either sneak past it or prepare to battle!

Ancient Cromlech — Pond

Quickly travel to Ancient Cromlech, and then head a short distance north. You’ll find a pond right past the large stone, and two Redcaps should be waiting there to battle.

Abandoned Stronghold — Eastern Fork in the Road

Okay, so I need to head north from Horns Keep to that Abandoned Stronghold. Once I get there, I’ll go past the broken wall on the east side. If I just follow the road, I should be able to spot some Redcaps up on the hill near where the roads meet. Sounds like trouble, but I’m ready!

Okay, so after hitting all those locations, you should definitely have enough Iron Teeth to finish the Act of Kindness quest. I know I did! But if you’re like me and always need extra for crafting, just put down a Bonfire and chill for a couple of in-game days. That’ll give the monsters time to respawn and drop more, easy peasy.
