
Last night’s Strictly Come Dancing was full of fantastic performances, with several routines earning high scores. There was also an unexpected standout dance that significantly changed the competition’s rankings.
Vicky Pattison, known from television, was thrilled and surprised to get the highest score on the show with her Tango. The judges gave her an almost perfect 39 points, leaving her feeling shaken with excitement.
She just barely won, finishing ahead of Amber Davies. Lewis Cope and Karen Carney tied for third place.
Bringing up the rear were EastEnders actor Balvinder Sopal, dancing a Couple’s Choice to Ed Sheeran and Arijit Singh’s “Sapphire,” and La Voix, who performed a Foxtrot to Cass Elliot’s “Make Your Own Kind of Music.”
Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, known as the Gladiator, didn’t impress the judges with his Samba, earning a score of 30 out of a possible 40.
Tonight, the combination of viewer votes and judges’ scores revealed the two couples with the lowest scores. These couples will have to perform again to avoid elimination as the competition moves into its second half.
Sadly, Harry and La Voix landed in the dance off.

After the couples had danced again, the four judges had their say – and the decision was unanimous.
The judges on Strictly Come Dancing unanimously decided to keep drag queen La Voix and her partner Aljaz Skorjanec in the competition, meaning Harry and Karen Hauer were eliminated.
Looking back on his experience with Strictly, Harry expressed his gratitude to Karen, saying she gave him a chance to truly shine and really understood how he thinks.
I’m a very practical person – I’m used to things like sprinting and being an athlete. So, trying to learn to dance is a new challenge! I really appreciate all the time, effort, and hard work you’ve put into helping me.
He shared that this moment felt like a dream come true, and he described it as a joyous celebration.
I was talking to my daughter, and she was upset to see me sad. Last week, when she noticed I was feeling down, she asked me what was wrong. It made me realize I wanted to share with everyone that even in difficult times, there’s always something positive to focus on.
This is a really special opportunity for me, and I’m so grateful for this wonderful gift. Ultimately, we keep moving forward, share our best selves with others, and continue to thrive.
As we reach the middle of the competition, things are getting more intense, and the celebrities are starting to focus on making it to the final. Who do you predict will win?
