Why Love Island USA’s Hannah Called Her Elimination a “Sick Joke”

Hannah Fields was just as shocked by her elimination from Love Island USA as viewers were.

In the June 22 episode of the Peacock reality series, I found myself leaving the island after my fellow cast members – Chelley Bissainthe, Olandria Carthen, Huda Mustafa, and Cierra Ortega – opted to eliminate me instead of Amaya Espinal and Iris Kendall. This surprising decision took me by complete surprise.

In an exclusive chat with TopMob News, Hannah expressed her shock by saying, “I thought this must be some sort of prank! Frankly, I hadn’t expected it to happen to me. When they announced my name, I had to do a second glance. I asked, ‘Are you serious?’ It left me completely bewildered.

Since the discussions leading to their surprising choice weren’t aired in the episode, viewers were left equally puzzled about how the women arrived at that jaw-dropping decision. And after exiting the villa, Hannah remained mystified as to why the voting outcome unfolded as it did.

She went on saying, ‘I’m completely in the dark about what was discussed. I’m unsure whether anyone was taking a stance against me or supporting me, and it would have been helpful to get more insight on this matter.’

The viewers had a chance to witness heartfelt farewells from the ladies, as it turned out that Hannah’s actions with her possessions were as uneasy as they seemed in the video.

She remembered that they were complimenting her and expressing their apologies, but she didn’t appreciate it at the time,” she said. “To be honest, I was angry. Looking back, I believe I had a reason to feel upset.

She continued, “However, they remain my friends, and I continue to hold affection for them. I understand they needed to make a choice, a difficult one at that, but it’s always disheartening when friends decide to vote you off.
