Top Teams Compete for the Summoner’s Cup from October 14 to November 9
2025’s League of Legends World Championship, officially set in China, is all geared up to commence from October 14 to November 9. The action kicks off at the Beijing Smart Esports Center, an advanced facility designed specifically for top-tier gaming competitions. For the very first time, it will play host to the 2025 Worlds League of Legends tournament.
Beginning on October 14, the Play-In Stage gets underway featuring 17 teams. This year introduces an innovative aspect: a one-day best-of-five series will be held between the fourth-ranked squads of the top two regions from MSI. The victor progresses to the Swiss Stage.

Finals – Chengdu
The much-anticipated final matchup of the 2025 Worlds League of Legends Championship takes place on November 9 at the Dong’an Lake Sports Park Gymnasium in Chengdu. This state-of-the-art stadium stands out as one of the most remarkable in Western China, making it an ideal setting for the championship finale.
Two teams will enter. Only one will lift the Summoner’s Cup.
