He said either hand over what’s required or you’ll never step into a WWE ring again. Rhodes then appeared without his neck brace and declared that he wasn’t going to back down and let Owens become a martyr. He also pointed out that, despite all the complaints about the Bloodline’s actions towards him, Owens was now doing the same thing to Rhodes and Orton.
