Similarly to the previous year, Xbox is set to broadcast the Tokyo Game Show, featuring games developed by our creative departments and updates from Japanese, Asian, and global partners. The event will air on September 25th, starting at 7 PM Japan Standard Time (3 AM Pacific Time/6 AM Eastern Time).
Microsoft expressed excitement about sharing the exceptional skills and imagination of Asian game creators who specialize in Japan-inspired content, stating that they can’t wait to connect with gamers worldwide to demonstrate the fantastic upcoming games destined for Xbox consoles.
Indicating a potential development, Playground Games might unveil something significant, rumored to be “Forza Horizon 6”. According to reports, this upcoming game is said to be set in Japan, which fans have often expressed enthusiasm for. Notably, Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer hinted at the next “Forza” launching in 2026.
Visitors can definitely anticipate some exciting offerings. Among them is a playable demo for the upcoming Ninja Gaiden 4 from PlatinumGames and Team Ninja, which will be launched on October 21st. Also, the ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X, set to hit global markets on October 16th, can be found at the Republic of Gamers booth for attendees to explore.
The Tokyo Game Show takes place from the 25th to the 28th of September, showcasing renowned game publishers like Sega, Capcom, Square Enix, and PlayStation.
