XRP ETF: The End is Nigh (or is it?)

As I sit here sipping my tea, I ponder the weighty words of Nate Geraci, a renowned ETF analyst who has predicted that those behemoths of the financial world, BlackRock and Fidelity, will soon join the XRP ETF fray.

Geraci, a man of unwavering conviction, is as certain as the sun rising in the east that such a product will soon be approved. “A matter of time,” he says with a flourish, no doubt while adjusting his monocle.

The reason for this unshakeable confidence lies in the recent developments surrounding Ripple‘s legal battle with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. It appears that Ripple’s top lawyer, Stuart Alderoty, has managed to negotiate a reduction in the fine from a whopping $125 million to a mere $50 million. The SEC, it seems, was initially prepared to extract a staggering $2 billion from the company. Ah, the sweet taste of victory!

And if that weren’t enough, the injunction imposed against Ripple has been dropped, courtesy of the SEC’s own request. One can almost hear the sound of champagne corks popping in the distance.

But, I digress. As I was saying, Fidelity has officially submitted its Solana ETF filing on Tuesday. One wonders what other surprises this week may hold.
