Giddy euphoria as XRP shoots up past $2.30, only to remember it left the kettle on and scuttle sheepishly back to $2.22 support (but swears it’s just “taking a breather” and totally not having commitment issues). 😉
- XRP sees shiny number above $2.30, gets overexcited, realizes it still lives with its parents.
- Cautiously lurking below $2.2650 and the slightly intimidating 100-hour Simple Moving Average, which is basically the crypto version of a treadmill you bought but never used.
- There’s a triangle forming with support at $2.22, which might sound romantic, but sadly involves more math than love.
- If bulls hold the $2.22 line, we might see another upward lurch; if not, cue dramatic sighing and endless tweets about support “giving way.”
XRP Price Holds Key Support (But It’s Not Great at Holding Anything for Long)
XRP decided to outpace Bitcoin and Ethereum (because who doesn’t love beating the cool kids at their own game) and pranced over $2.30 like it was headed for a bottomless brunch. High fives all round—until, of course, the downward correction hit and the hangover set in.
After a brief flirtation with $2.359, XRP awkwardly tripped on its own shoelaces and bounced down to $2.2220. Now it’s wallowing below the 23.6% Fib retracement level, which is exactly as boring as it sounds.
Price is lurking beneath $2.2650, probably trying to avoid small talk with the 100-hour SMA, hoping to sneak back up without anyone noticing. But alas, resistance is mounting at $2.250, and everyone’s watching like it’s Love Island.
First proper resistance is looming at $2.280, where XRP will either make a grand entrance or trip on the stairs (again). There’s also that promising triangle thing at $2.22—so hope springs eternal. But if the price bulldozes through $2.30, we could see it strut up to $2.32, even $2.35, possibly $2.42 if it finds its lost confidence and a decent wingman. 🚀
A clean break above $2.30 could open the fast lane—straight to the $2.35 resistance and beyond (caffeine not included). Or, you know, it could just do the whole “backtrack-and-panic” routine again.
Dips Supported? (Barely Hanging On, Frankly)
If XRP fails to conquer $2.2650, it may nosedive again. Support’s chilling near $2.22 and, if that gets yanked away like a dodgy tablecloth trick, we’re down for an encore performance around $2.20, maybe all the way to $2.16 or even $2.12—because apparently drama is mandatory in crypto.
Technical Gossip:
- MACD is currently brooding in the bearish corner, probably listening to Adele on repeat.
- RSI’s slipped below 50, which is basically the technical equivalent of feeling “meh.”
- Major support: $2.22, $2.20 (bring snacks).
- Major resistance: $2.2650, $2.30 (bring popcorn).
