RGG Studio recently held a presentation focused entirely on Yakuza Kiwami 3 and Dark Ties. While brief, the presentation highlighted previously shared details about in-game activities such as Morning Glory and Kanda Damage Control.
So, if you didn’t catch it in the game, Morning Glory is basically the orphanage I was helping out with in Okinawa. I was doing everything with Haruka – homework, cooking, cleaning, even sewing! It was cool getting to know all the kids and hanging out with them. But on the other side of things, I was also running with the Haisai Girls as ‘Bad Boy Dragon’, building up the gang, finding new members, and getting into some fights, naturally.
In Dark Ties, you can boost your partner Kanda’s reputation by completing requests through Kanda Damage Control. If you enjoy Yoshitaka Mine’s unique shoot-boxing fighting style – where he can bounce off opponents – then Hell’s Arena is the best place to play. This arena also lets you equip powerful items like flamethrowers and dual katanas to battle large groups of enemies.
Yakuza Kiwami 3 and Dark Ties will be available on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and 5, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2 starting February 12, 2026.
