You Can Live the Death Stranding Experience with This Awesome Real Life Exoskeleton

In both Death Stranding games, the exoskeleton is a really helpful tool. These special leg braces let Sam walk quicker, travel further, and carry a lot more stuff.

Ever wished you could try on the gear from the game? Now you can – a company has teamed up with Kojima Productions to create a real-life pair of Death Stranding-branded accessories.

This product is created by Dnsys, an engineering and robotics firm that specializes in improving movement using artificial intelligence.

The Death Stranding collaboration features the Z1 knee exoskeleton, designed to reduce strain on your knees and make it easier to walk and climb.

This version of the product features design elements inspired by the game Death Stranding, including its signature colors and logos.

The Dnsys Z1 Exoskeleton Pro – DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH Limited Edition was created through a collaboration between Dnsys and Yoji Shinkawa of Kojima Productions.

Okay, so I’ve been reading about this new device, and it sounds incredible! Apparently, it makes you feel noticeably lighter – like up to 44 pounds! That would be amazing for longer walks, and it even claims to give you a 50% boost in power with each step. The best part? It’s designed to take the pressure off your knees, which is something I definitely need!

Here’s what Yoji Shinkawa has to say about it:

We poured the same care and attention to detail into designing this exoskeleton as if we were building something for the game Death Stranding. We meticulously refined every aspect to capture the game’s futuristic aesthetic, aiming for a design Sam Porter Bridges would actually use. When you wear it, it truly feels like stepping into the world of Death Stranding, blurring the lines between what’s imagined and what’s real.

I’m so excited about these exoskeletons! If you’re interested in getting one, you can sign up with your email address right now. Or, if you have a cool idea for how you’d use an exoskeleton, you can share it – they’re even giving away three sets to people with the best ideas!

The price of this exoskeleton isn’t officially known, but the Kickstarter campaign for the Z1 indicates it will likely retail for around $1499, making it a fairly expensive piece of technology.
