IO Interactive recently revealed the theme song for their new James Bond game, 007 First Light. Now, they’ve also shown off the game’s opening title sequence, and it perfectly captures the classic Bond feel.
You might prefer to discover this while playing the game, but if you’re curious, here’s a look.
The game’s opening sequence feels like a movie trailer. It shows Bond running through strange, dreamlike environments, often in shadow, with scenes seamlessly blending into the next.
We also see glimpses of mysterious women dancing, firing pistols, and explosions – imagery that likely connects to the game’s narrative.
IO Interactive really nailed it with this project, and it’s clear everyone involved, including with Lana Del Rey’s song, understood exactly what was needed.
