This ‘Superman Family’ is incredibly powerful, protecting not just Metropolis but the entire DC multiverse. Here’s a look at the strongest members of this impressive group.

For years, Superman thought he was the only survivor from the planet Krypton. But he later discovered and reconnected with relatives he’d believed were lost when their home world was destroyed. Over time, his family expanded with new allies and through his marriage to Lois Lane. 10) Superwoman (Lois Lane)

Lois Lane, the fearless reporter for the Daily Planet, usually investigates stories without any superpowers. She’s demonstrated incredible feats of strength, like destroying small moons, flying so fast she risked damaging space-time, and withstanding a nuclear explosion without injury. I’m a huge Power Girl fan, and honestly, she’s incredible! She’s basically Supergirl, but from another Earth – Earth-2 – and she’s been through a lot more, making her way stronger and more experienced. She’s ended up staying in our main DC Universe, and it’s clear she’s on a whole other level than Supergirl; she’s even beaten her in fights a few times! Red Son, one of the Super-Twins, was rescued from Warworld by Superman and became his adopted son. Both twins are Phaelosians, a group related to Kryptonians who survived when Krypton was destroyed. Like other Kryptonians, Red Son has powers from Earth’s yellow sun, plus the ability to project energy. However, he gained even more power when infused with the Fire of Olgrun, a piece of an incredibly powerful ancient god. Olgrun was almost unstoppable, able to create and destroy planets and even surpass beings like Highfather and Darkseid. Red Son is still learning to control this immense power, but he’s already proven its strength by defeating Desaad, a loyal follower of Darkseid, and even bringing himself back to life.

3) Starchild

Otho-Ra, also known as Starchild, is the twin sister of Red Son and was raised by Superman and Lois Lane. Like her brother, she’s a Phaelosian with incredible strength, rivaling even Kryptonians. Starchild often looks after her brother and can shape blue energy into weapons like swords and axes. She eventually gained a portion of Olgrun’s power, but instead of just becoming stronger, she transformed into a being of death. Now wielding the Wrath of Olgrun, Starchild is the new Black Racer, acting as a grim reaper for everyone—even the gods. She possesses all the Black Racer’s abilities, including a touch that can instantly heal or kill. Given that even Darkseid fears the Black Racer, Starchild is equally dangerous.
