A PC game that came out on October 24, 2025, is currently available for free on Steam, but only for a limited time. You can download it at no cost until January 10th. Steam Deck owners will need to check if the game works on their device, as compatibility hasn’t been officially confirmed. However, the best part is it won’t cost them anything to try! While it’s a smaller game overall, fans of classic Sega titles will definitely want to take a look.
From now until January 10th, Steam players can download Billie’s Wheelie for free. The game, which is set to release on PC in 2025, clearly takes inspiration from the classic Super Monkey Ball series. While it doesn’t quite reach the same level of refinement, it’s still a fun experience – so much so that it currently has a 100% positive rating from Steam users. You can check out the trailer below to get a feel for the gameplay.
A Co-Op/PVP Game With Great User Reviews
If you’re new to the game, Billie’s Wheelie is a fast-paced adventure where you race and jump through levels with up to eight friends. You can play together cooperatively or compete against each other. You control a hamster inside a ball, trying to beat high scores and gather cheese as you go!
One player described the game as a fun and simple arcade experience, but with a surprisingly fresh take on gameplay. They noted that controlling the game feels smooth and that while it requires some practice to become proficient, it’s ultimately very satisfying.
A Cheaper Super Monkey Ball
I’m a big fan of Super Monkey Ball, and this game definitely gives me a similar feeling. If you’re not into that kind of thing, it probably won’t grab you. It’s tough because the really good Super Monkey Ball games aren’t on Steam, and the newer ones that are available aren’t exactly cheap – or free! I saw one review that called this game “We Have Super Monkey Ball at Home,” and honestly, that’s spot on. It’s not going to blow you away, and it’s not a perfect clone, but it is free, and if you enjoy games like Super Monkey Ball, you can definitely have some fun with it.
