Denise Fox is withdrawing from friends and family after learning she has blood cancer. She wants to be there for her daughter, Chelsea, who is going through a difficult time.

Meanwhile, Vicki Fowler’s complicated love life is resolved, but a new romance is beginning for Oscar Branning. He’s secretly kissed Josh Goodwin, and this could be revealed during an upcoming dinner with the Slater family.

Here’s everything happening in EastEnders between Monday 8 and Thursday 11 June.

4 EastEnders spoilers for next week

1. George Knight and Nicola Mitchell are at loggerheads

George and Nicola are currently facing a lot of conflict because Nicola secretly made a business agreement with George’s adoptive father, Eddie, who is known for his racist views.

He’s really struggling with his anger and goes to The Boxing Den hoping to relieve some stress by sparring with Mark Fowler (Stephen Aaron-Sipple). However, the practice match quickly becomes serious when George loses focus, and Mark has to protect himself.

A punch connects, and George is knocked unconscious.

Steve McFadden’s character, Phil Mitchell, quickly intervened, explaining that a previous head injury meant he shouldn’t have been involved in the fight. After George regained consciousness and declined medical attention, Phil helped him get home and filled Nicola in on what had happened.

She’s attempting to excuse her behavior by using money from Eddie, and Harry worries about the consequences for their relationship if Gina Knight (Francesca Henry) discovers what’s happened. He urges his mother to be honest with Gina before someone else reveals the truth.

What will Nicola do?

2. Denise Fox delays treatment as her condition worsens

Even though doctors strongly recommend Denise be hospitalized for treatment of her leukemia, she’s determined to appear strong for her daughter, Chelsea.

Her health is quickly getting worse, and Jack Branning is terrified he’s about to lose her.

He tells Yolande Trueman (Angela Wynter) what the doctors said, and she strongly encourages him to ensure Denise gets admitted for treatment. Jack tries to talk to Denise about it, but she won’t change her mind.

3. Kat Moon discovers Oscar Branning and Josh Goodwin’s affair

With Josh and Jasmine Fisher’s (Indeyarna Donaldson-Holness) 20th birthday coming up, Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace) is determined to make sure the Slater family is involved in at least one of the parties.

She starts making plans for Jasmine’s birthday dinner. Meanwhile, Oscar is busy dividing his time between his two children and also trying to hide his growing feelings for Josh.

While getting to know Jasmine, Oscar learns about the car crash that killed their foster father – a crash only Jasmine saw. He starts asking her about it, but she’s reluctant to talk and ends up slapping him!

Jasmine eventually agreed to have dinner with the Slater family, but only if Josh could come as well.

Unaware of what’s happening, he’s actually been comforting Oscar, and they’ve shared a kiss. Unfortunately for him, Kat witnessed the whole thing!

She confronts the men about what she witnessed and warns Oscar to stay away from her family. She then tells her husband, Alfie Moon, what she’s learned, and they both agree to keep it a secret, worried it will disrupt Zoe Slater’s plans with Jasmine.

Okay, so Jasmine was really bummed when Oscar turned down her invite. It’s a bit of a downer, but then Zoe steps in and has a clever idea – she invites Josh instead! And she really pushes for Oscar to come, too. It seems like Zoe is determined to get everyone together, even if it takes a little maneuvering.

This could quickly turn explosive!

This week’s episodes hint at major drama at the Vic, and it likely centers around this storyline.

4. Chelsea Fox receives an update on Jordan’s health

Jordan Fox is in serious condition after being hit by Ian Beale and taken to the hospital. It’s currently unclear what the future holds for him.

Chelsea is staying at the hospital, constantly by her son’s side, after discovering him unresponsive on Holland Road.

Sadly, doctors tell her to prepare for the worse, as his rehabilitation programme may not work.
