5 Questions Black Clover Needs to Answer Before It Ends

As a huge fan, I’m getting so excited – Black Clover is really heading towards its final arc! Yuki Tabata is wrapping up this incredible series with the big showdown against Lucius Zogratis and his Paladins. But honestly, with the ending so close, there are still a ton of loose ends that need to be tied up before we get there. I’m hoping the updates coming later this year will give us some answers!

As Black Clover heads towards its conclusion, the final arc is working to resolve storylines and give several characters a chance to shine. However, five major questions remain unanswered as the series nears its end. If you want to know more, make sure you’re up-to-date with the Black Clover manga!

5). Are the Devils Defeated?

The Devils have been a major problem for Asta and his friends for some time, but it’s not clear if they’re truly gone. While Adrammalech quickly became an ally instead of causing more trouble, defeating Lucius doesn’t guarantee the Devil threat is over.

After this incredibly difficult war, it’s crucial we definitively show that Asta and his friends are finally safe from the Devils. To give fans the satisfying, happy ending they’re hoping for, all potential threats need to be completely resolved. If fans suspect there’s another battle looming, the ending won’t have the same impact.

4). What Happens to the Other Kingdoms?

I’ve been watching Black Clover, and while the story centers on the Clover Kingdom, it’s made it clear that other kingdoms are thriving too. It actually built up to a point where they all felt compelled to participate in the final war, which makes me wonder what will happen to them afterward. It’s not just about Clover needing a new Wizard King; the Spade Kingdom has its own future to consider, especially with Yuno being revealed as a member of their royal family.

The ending of the series should clearly show what happens to the different kingdoms after the war. Will they become closer and work together, or will they drift apart? Will they even continue to communicate? Fans want to know what the world looks like once the story is over and we’re no longer following these characters.

3). Does Yami Like Charlotte?

Fans are hoping to see a resolution to a few potential romances in Black Clover, and one of the most anticipated is between Yami and Charlotte. What started as a funny running gag – showing a softer side of the usually tough Charlotte and Yami’s typical cluelessness – quickly became something more as the series’ battles grew more intense. Their contrasting personalities made them a naturally funny pair, but the storyline has evolved into something fans are eager to see developed.

Charlotte has fully confessed her feelings for Yami, but unfortunately, he was unconscious and didn’t hear her. Because they haven’t had much interaction recently in the story, the series needs to address their relationship and give it a proper conclusion. It’s not necessary for Yami to return her feelings, but we do need to find out what he thinks about her confession.

2). Does Asta Love Noelle or Mimosa?

Beyond that, the connection between Asta and Noelle is crucial for viewers. Noelle has clearly fallen in love with Asta, but he’s been so focused on the recent battles that he hasn’t noticed her feelings. She needs to tell him how she feels and get a sense of whether he reciprocates. Asta has only ever been in love with one person, Sister Lily, who rejected him before the story’s climax. It’s unknown if he’s even considered romance since then.

With Lucius now defeated, Asta’s future looks promising, and a potential love interest might appear. He also needs to sort out his feelings for Mimosa once the fighting stops. Hopefully, the manga will continue long enough to reveal his true feelings, whether or not it leads to a relationship. Fans are eager to know what Asta thinks!

1). Who Will Be the Ultimate Wizard King?

As Black Clover wraps up, it’s essential that either Asta or Yuno is named the new Wizard King. The story has always focused on their rivalry and shared dream, so giving the title to anyone else would be disappointing. They’ve grown incredibly close and become very powerful, and the ending needs to reveal which one of them will ultimately achieve their goal and become the Wizard King.

As we approach the end of the series, the biggest question is who will prove to be stronger: Asta or Yuno? The story needs a clear answer to this rivalry to provide a truly satisfying conclusion.
