7 Coronation Street spoilers for next week
1. Todd Grimshaw reports Theo Silverton to the police in special episode

Still shaken by Carl’s suggestion that Billy’s death might not have been straightforward, Summer goes to talk to Theo about what happened the night Billy died. However, she’s surprised to learn that Theo and Todd are making plans to move to Belfast.
Over drinks later, she told Todd she increasingly believed Theo was the one responsible. This news gave Todd a lot to think about.
Sarah, worried about the situation, explains everything to George, and together they try to contact Todd. But Theo interferes, using the doorbell camera to convincingly pretend they’ve already departed, claiming Todd even paid for gas.

Inside the apartment, Todd tries to take charge, convincing Theo to let him call Sarah to confirm their story. He manages to convince her everything is okay, and while Theo is in the shower, he tries to escape. But will he succeed?
Sarah and Kit were talking at Redbank when the buzzer rang, leaving them wondering who had arrived.
It appears Todd isn’t able to escape his situation, based on recent images. In a strong and moving episode, he finally confronts Theo, reporting him for physical assault and sharing with Lisa and Kit that he’s been enduring months of controlling and abusive behavior.

As word gets around Weatherfield about Theo’s violent actions, he knows he’s in trouble and becomes increasingly desperate to escape. Sarah believes a video on Theo’s tablet could be key evidence, so she decides to search his van for it herself.
She finally found what she needed, but her choices might actually make a risky situation even more perilous.

Afterward, George kindly offers to help Todd retrieve his things from his apartment. However, when the intercom rings, Todd becomes overwhelmed with panic and runs away crying. Back at number 11, Christina and Mary try to comfort him, but it’s Summer’s hug that truly shows how much he’s suffering, as Todd visibly flinches in pain.
Is this finally the end?
2. A fire rages through the cafe as Roy Cropper sleeps

Roy wasn’t feeling well, so he came home early from his bat monitoring meeting only to discover the power was out at his apartment.
After sending Jodie home, he went upstairs to get some rest. But trouble quickly started when Carla, Dev, and Bernie saw smoke pouring out of the apartment above the café.

Because everyone thought Roy was still away, the alarm wasn’t raised until it was almost too late. By then, Roy was unconscious and the room was full of smoke.
Will he be found in time?
3. George Shuttleworth considers selling the undertakers

At the funeral home, a discouraged George tells Glenda he might have to sell his business to RestEasy for much less than it’s worth.
Unbeknownst to him, Christina is already hatching a secret plan, but what does she have in mind?
4. Debbie Webster demands answers from Carl

Debbie organizes a weekend trip for herself and her friends Christina, Glenda, and Sally, but the fun ends abruptly when Bernie drops a bombshell: Carl is offering to reveal details about Billy’s death in exchange for a portion of Billy’s life insurance money.
Debbie was understandably angry and immediately confronted Carl about the accusation. She went to his apartment, demanding to know what he knew, but while he admitted to overhearing a confession about Billy’s murder, he wouldn’t reveal who confessed.
Debbie, completely fed up, kicks him out. But the ordeal is too much for her, and as she zones out, Ryan recognizes she’s having another difficult episode.
He then told Ronnie what happened during the argument and what followed, letting Ronnie decide what to do next. Carl went to the hotel to talk to Ronnie again about his previous proposal.
5. Mal Roper reports Kit Green for assault
At the station, Lisa tells Kit that Mal Roper is claiming Kit assaulted him. Kit dismisses the accusation, saying Mal is unstable and is going after anyone connected to Bernie.
Though Lisa appears to accept his explanation, it’s clear she’s not entirely convinced.
Is this the end of Kit’s policing career?
6. Eva Price tries to mend the fracture between Ben and Maggie Driscoll

Eva wants to resolve the conflict, so she brings Ben, Ollie, Will, and Maggie together at the bistro to try and help them make peace. When Steve and Cassie show up, Ben attempts to smooth things over by inviting them to join the group, despite ongoing family disagreements.
Eva delivers a heartfelt speech in the hope of uniting everyone, but will it be enough?
Things get complicated when Maggie plans a coffee morning for her friends at the Rovers, only to discover Eva has already scheduled a spa day for Susie and her friends.

Backed by Ben, Eva’s decision leaves Maggie deeply hurt.
Steve tries to ask Maggie about her history with Jim, but she quickly changes the subject. Ben then invites Steve out for drinks and darts, but it’s obvious he wants to talk about something else.
7. Jodie Ramsey causes a Platt family fallout

Lisa continued to look for her lost police badge, but still couldn’t find it. She went to work, not knowing that trouble was starting to happen in another part of town.
David calls Gail to wish her a happy birthday, but sadly tells her they can’t afford the tablet Lily asked for. Jodie overhears the conversation and starts to come up with an idea.
Before long, her actions spark a feud within the family, threatening to drive a wedge between them.
What has Jodie done this time?
