90 Day Fiancé’s Chantel Everett Engaged to Ashley Bowen

Chantel Everett is ending the year with a new relationship status.

Shortly after announcing she was dating Ashley Bowen—whom she met through her brother—the 90 Day Fiancé star shared that her girlfriend had proposed right before the holidays.

Chantel and Ashley announced their engagement on the reality series’ Instagram account on December 23rd. Chantel showed off her large oval engagement ring, and the pair excitedly shared the news together, saying, “We’re engaged!”

Following the heartwarming video, a picture surfaced showing the exact moment Ashley proposed on December 17th, while kneeling.

Chantel shared, “We’re so happy right now, and I wanted to give everyone an update. I’ll share more soon!”

They highlighted the stunning view of Uhuburg, a Renaissance castle in Helen, Georgia, which served as the backdrop for their special moment together.

“This is where he proposed,” Chantel said. Ashley agreed, “It’s beautiful out there, isn’t it?”

For the couple, their proposal was just as special as their relationship.

“Our connection feels destined and incredibly genuine,” the couple shared with People magazine on December 23rd. “We cherish how real and honest we are with each other, and that’s what makes our love story so special.”

Chantel first became known on television in 2016 with the show 90 Day Fiancé, where she married Pedro Jimeno. They later divorced in 2022. The nurse from Atlanta also appeared in several 90 Day Fiancé spin-offs. Earlier this year, on 90 Day: Hunt for Love, Chantel shared details about her relationship with Ashley, revealing she had kissed a female friend during a May episode.

She shared on the show that shortly before arriving at the resort, a friend confessed romantic feelings for her. She was with Ashley, having wine, when Ashley told her about her feelings.

Things quickly escalated, and Ashley kissed me. I was completely stunned – it felt like my very first kiss, and I actually enjoyed it a lot.

After three months, she shared her sexuality with her reality TV castmates before starting a relationship. In an August episode, she said it felt wonderful to finally be open about who she is.
