Prince Harry has decided to speak out following the completion of an official probe concerning a charity he jointly established.
In March, Harry and Prince Seeiso of Lesotho stepped down from their roles as patrons of Sentebale – a charity they established in 2006 to assist African youth affected by the HIV/AIDS crisis, inspired by their late mothers, Princess Diana and Queen ‘Mamohato, respectively. This move came following accusations of mistreatment made by the chairwoman, Dr. Sophie Chandauka.
Following the Charity Commission for England and Wales’ declaration on August 5 that they found no systemic instances of bullying or harassment at Sentebale, nor any excessive involvement by Prince Harry in his role as patron, the Duke of Sussex issued a statement regarding the former thriving charity.
The Commission concluded that there was no indication of wrongdoing on the part of Prince Harry, who is a co-founder and former patron of Sentebale,” a representative for the royal family said to NBC News. “Additionally, the Commission found no proof supporting allegations of widespread bullying, harassment, or misogyny and misogynoir within the charity – claims that have been made by the current chair but were proven false.
The representative went on to say, “Regrettably, the findings of their report are inadequate in numerous aspects, with a significant issue being that the repercussions of the current Chair’s actions do not affect her, but rather the children who depend on Sentebale for assistance.
The spokesperson confirmed that Prince Harry views Sentebale as a deeply personal and life-changing endeavor. As the father of Archie (6) and Lilibet (4), who is married to Meghan Markle, Harry is now exploring additional ways to offer assistance to the community.
Guided by the core purpose of Sentebale, which they (Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso) established, the Duke of Sussex is now committed to exploring innovative methods to carry forward their work, aiming to aid children in Lesotho and Botswana.
In response, Chandauka acknowledged the conclusions drawn from the investigation, which highlighted uncertainties in job descriptions and internal guidelines as factors contributing to heightened conflicts that eventually led to the resignation of several trustees and both primary benefactors.
According to her statement in People magazine, ‘I’m grateful to the Charity Commission for their findings, as they align with the governance issues I raised back in February 2025 in private conversations. The situation was challenging, pushing us to prove our strategic focus and operational strength.’

In response, Chandauka acknowledged the conclusions drawn from the investigation. The report highlighted an issue with unclear job responsibilities and internal guidelines, leading to heightened conflicts that eventually resulted in several trustees and co-founders resigning due to a disagreement.
In her statement to People magazine, she expressed gratitude towards the Charity Commission for their findings, as they echoed the internal governance issues she had previously brought up in February 2025. She described the situation as challenging, stating that it served as a trial of our strategic focus and operational robustness.

As a devoted admirer, I find myself deeply moved by the words of the Duke of Sussex, who happens to be my beloved prince and father to Archie and Lilibet. He’s expressed a heartfelt desire to rekindle connections with his family, but it seems that the initiative lies squarely in the hands of his esteemed father.
He expressed that it’s extremely unfortunate, and at present, he doesn’t envision a situation where he would return his family, including his wife and kids, to the U.K. with him. He lamented that he won’t have the opportunity to introduce his children to his birthplace.
My father has a great deal of power and influence, and it seems that he could potentially resolve this situation,” Harry said. “This doesn’t always mean direct intervention, but rather giving the experts the freedom to take appropriate action and continue with their work.
In spite of the longstanding disputes, he’s signaling a truce for reconciliation by raising a white flag. He also mentioned, “Life is valuable, I’m not sure how many more days my father might live.

During the festivities attended by King Charles III and Queen Camilla along with other members of the royal family, it was reported that Prince William and his wife Kate opted to spend their weekend at their Norfolk countryside residence with their children instead.

This agreement was reached following a lawsuit he filed against them in 2019, accusing their journalists and private investigators of illegally gathering information about the royal family.

Moreover, they are obliged to publicly acknowledge not only the extensive media attention and grave invasion of my beloved hero’s privacy, but also the privacy intrusions into the life of the legendary Diana, Princess of Wales. As a lifestyle enthusiast, I had the pleasure of joining my little champions, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, for an exceptional outing in honor of the iconic Wimbledon tournament, making memories in June 2025.
