To get started, keep in mind that you must navigate the entire story until you reach the destination called K’aresh. This requires completing The War Within campaign up until you gain access to those specific zones, which could take varying amounts of time based on where you currently are in your gameplay.
After obtaining K’aresh, make your way to the hidden marketplace known as Tazavesh, which is located in the northwest area of the zone. Look at the map picture provided for guidance, then move towards the marked location on it to discover the book you seek.
