The playable characters Evil Marian and Super Anubis from Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons have been made available for free download, according to a recent announcement by publishers Maximum Entertainment and developers Secret Base.

Evil Marian
Initially a reliable friend, Marian is now under the influence of an unidentified, sinister entity. She appears detached and suspended off the ground, using psychic blasts and violent telekinesis as weapons. Her eyes are empty, her voice lacks emotion-an ancient power seems to possess her, unwilling to relinquish its hold.
Super Anubis
For quite some time, rumors circulated that Anubis was merely a charlatan, a figurehead without genuine power. However, recently we’ve seen the emergence of Super Anubis – floating, radiating light, and conjuring forces beyond our understanding. The debate remains: is he a fraud who suddenly transformed or a prophet long hidden?
The action game “Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons” can be played right now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, as well as PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and personal computers using Steam.
