Valor Mortis is a first-person game that transports us to an alternative timeline where we rise from our graves after serving under Napoleon, only to find ourselves battling monstrous threats and untangling a sinister conspiracy that could end humanity as we know it.
The studio openly acknowledges that Valor Mortis shares similarities with the Souls series, but its first-person perspective sets it apart as a unique take on the genre. This distinctiveness is further emphasized by its narrative setup: “You are William, a soldier of the Grande Armée resurrected from the battlefield.
