Millie Bobby Brown Shared Motherhood Plans Before Welcoming Baby

It’s no strange thing that Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi are parents. 

It’s worth noting that the actor from “Stranger Things” and Jon Bon Jovi’s son recently announced on August 21 that they had a new addition to their family – a baby girl. Even though both are in their early twenties, Millie Bobby Brown earlier mentioned her intention to follow in her mother Kelly Brown’s footsteps by having a child at a young age.

Millie, aged 21, stressed during an interview on the Smartless podcast that she’s quite young. Interestingly enough, her mother had her first child at the same age, while Millie’s father was even younger at 19.

And Millie explained that it was her plan before she met Jake, 23, whom she married last May.  

From my earliest memories, I’ve always expressed a desire to my mother, similar to how I would ask for a baby doll – ‘I aspire to become a mother just as you have been for me.’

Have no worries, Jake-being the son of Bon Jovi’s lead singer, Alex, and Dorothea Hurley-knew quite clearly that he and Millie were embarking on parenthood at an early stage.

Millie emphasized that Jake understands the significance of this matter to her. In other words, while she’s keen on developing herself as both an actor and a producer, she also values starting a family deeply from a personal perspective.

Millie also teased they wouldn’t stop at one. 

She mentioned that she has a strong desire for a large family, given that both she and her partner are from families with four members each, which suggests they’re likely to have a similarly-sized family.

As for adoption, that, too, was on Millie’s mind at the time. 

Millie expressed, “My house is overflowing with love for everyone and everything. As a result, we’re eager to establish our own family, whenever and however that may be, but I’m confident that it will come to pass.

Indeed, it happened sooner rather than later. 

This summer, a precious baby girl joined their family via adoption, as expressed in a shared Instagram post by the couple. They’re eagerly anticipating beginning an amazing new phase of parenthood with tranquility and discretion. Now, their little family of three has expanded.

On February 19, 2023, Jake celebrated Millie’s 19th birthday by penning a heartfelt message: “Yet another orbit around our sun spent with you, here’s to another year, happy 19th to the dream girl in my life.
