Avengers: Secret Wars Welcomes Two New Stars, Totaling 15 Cast Members!

Two additional stars are set to join the lineup for “Avengers: Secret Wars“, bringing the total number of cast members to 15 at this point. With its release, “Avengers: Secret Wars” is poised to become Marvel Studios’ most monumental production ever and serve as a direct follow-up to the 2026 film “Avengers: Doomsday“. Given its status, it’s anticipated that this Avengers installment will boast the largest ensemble in the franchise’s history. However, only a handful of actors have been officially confirmed so far.

Ryan and Daniel Omoto have officially been added to the cast of “Avengers: Doomsday”. Previously, it was known that just 13 actors would be appearing in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film. Now, with the addition of the brothers, it has been confirmed that “Secret Wars” will initially feature a total of 15 actors.

In a recent Instagram post, the Omotos’ podcast titled “Just the Nobodys” featured a conversation with director Joe Russo of “Avengers: Doomsday” and “Avengers: Secret Wars“. The brothers playfully inquired if they could secure roles in both films should they get an ink tattoo representing his entertainment company, AGBO, which he co-founded.

Joe Russo fulfilled Ryan and Daniel’s desire by verifying that they will appear in both forthcoming movies. Yet, he kept secret the characters they will depict, hinting that he already knows who they represent.

Consequently, the Omotos are set to become part of Earth’s most powerful team of heroes, sharing the screen with 13 major Marvel Cinematic Universe personalities.

Ebon Moss-Bachrach – Ben Grimm/Thing

When it was announced that the actors playing the Fantastic Four were set for Avengers: Secret Wars, Ebon Moss-Bachrach was among them, marking his first appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. On July 25, 2025, he will be seen as Ben Grimm (the Thing) in The Fantastic Four, making his debut as the muscular member of Marvel’s original superhero family.

Among all team members, Red Guardian appears to be the most replaceable, and his potential demise might lead to an emotional sequence with Yelena Belova.
