Now this is a story all about how Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith returned to the public eye.

Ten months after their quiet separation in 2016, the former couple were spotted dining together for the first time in a public setting, specifically at the Nobu restaurant in Malibu on September 6th. This was their first joint outing captured by photographers since then.

On this infrequent occasion, Will, aged 56, donned a white T-shirt, khaki trousers, and a white cap in the style of a baseball hat. Meanwhile, Jada, at 53 years old, opted for a dress featuring a hood and strapless design, accentuated with golden sandals.

In November 2024, the pair were last seen exiting a restaurant in Calabasas, California. Previously, in May of the same year, Will Smith’s daughter from ‘Girls Trip’, along with their children Jaden Smith (aged 27), Willow Smith (aged 24), Will’s son Trey Smith (aged 32), and Jada’s mother Adrienne Banfield-Norris attended the premiere of ‘Bad Boys: Ride or Die’ in Hollywood together.
