2025 Emmys: Kristen Bell, Dax Shepard Prove They’re Red Carpet Experts

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard’s love certainly is an open door.

A perfect example of this support was at the 2025 Emmys, where Dax Shepard joined his wife, Kristen Bell, who was nominated for her role in the comedy series *Nobody Wants This*. Bell, dressed in a stunning silver beaded gown with black straps, walked the red carpet at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on September 14th.

After eleven years of marriage, her husband looked sharp in a black suit and happily posed for pictures with her. (Check out all the red carpet celebrity photos here.)

Kristen Bell, 45, and Dax Shepard, 50, are known for their glamorous red carpet appearances, but this year’s Emmys-hosted by Nate Bargatze-is particularly exciting. It’s Kristen’s first time attending as a nominee! She’s up against Jean Smart, Ayo Edebiri, Quinta Brunson, and Uzo Aduba in her category.

Adam Brody, who appeared with his wife Leighton Meester (also a star on season two), also received his first-ever nomination for Lead Actor.

Despite not being part of the upcoming second season of the popular Netflix show – unlike Adam’s regular role – Dax is a big fan and enjoys watching it.

Kristen recently shared that her friend had a surprisingly strong reaction while watching the scene where her and Adam’s characters kissed in the first episode. He was so amused by everyone’s response that he actually recorded their reactions and sent the video to her.

Bell remembered hearing music and people screaming, as she shared during a recent panel discussion with People magazine. She recalled someone exclaiming, ‘Oh my God!’

As she noted, “He was so excited for these two characters to kiss, which I think says a lot.”

This is typical for Dax and Kristen, parents of Lincoln, 12, and Delta, 10. They’ve often talked about how strong trust is the basis of their relationship, even when they’re sharing intimate moments.

Kristen shared with TopMob News at the 2025 SAG Awards that she fully trusts her husband, Dax. Even if he meets someone attractive at work, she’s confident in their commitment to their family. She knows he prioritizes their children and always comes home, and that he works hard to be a good husband and father.
